The immediate attention from the hosts , the place like the photos, is close to shops where we find everything at a great price, hand tortillas, vegetables, etc. , you can walk near the center. We found everything clean and tidy.

The host's attention was quick and efficient, he arranged the reservation in a short time despite the times, I recommend the place as it is warm, private, very well kept, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with hot water, and a fully-equipped kitchen. My daughters loved the detail of a functional typewriter, for them it was something new, since everything is PC today. The garden is small but beautiful.

Communication with him was very efficient, he was also very attentive to our arrival, he gave us recommendations at the same time that he guided us of what was in the area. The place feels like you are at home, very comfortable quiet, has what you need in the kitchen, and the place in general very well, if we came back we would surely wash again. Very friendly accessible. 🎉

I felt right at home. Gustavo was very helpful with everything I would stay in his apartment again. Very clean and promised all the amenities it said. I was left with a good taste in my mouth, 10 out of 10 👍

Having made the reservation in Casa Arcilla was my best decision in my time in San Cristobal. Mercedes is an excellent host, everything is very clean, excellent servio and an immediate response. I would definitely book again,

my 2nd time staying here and was a smooth and comfortable as the first time. they were even extremely accommodating when I had to extend my stay a few nights.

The place is spacious and comfortable away from the traffic and congestion of the center, but close enough to walk. Easy to take as a starting point to Comitán, San Juan Chamula, Zinacantán, etc. Super comfortable beds and clean and new bathrooms.

I loved the place, it's very nice and everything is well organized. I loved the directions they gave me, everything was very detailed. Super friendly, I highly recommend it😊

this is an absolute gem, at a 5 minute walk from the heart of the action. cut, cozy, quiet, lots of light and beautiful view. an interior courtyard and clean, petfriendly stay is great. i would definitly recommend this place to single and couple travellers. modern home and everything is functional!

Good place to rest before and after a trip as it remains on the way to the airport.

Great, comfortable apartment! Close to downtown San Cristóbal, the bus terminal, pharmacies, and everything you need to have a good stay. The only thing to consider is that the spiral staircase can be a little uncomfortable to go up and down suitcases or large bags. And that there's a dance school nearby, so there might be some noise during the day. But other than that, I recommend it 100%.

excellent place , to stay, the place is very clean , the host is very friendly and attentive, 10 minutes from Plaza amber ,exit to chiapa de corso y san cristobal de las casa, the only thing that there is only a store nearby ,but the nearest oxxo is 5 minutes away by car , it has parking, and the place looks safe .. I recommend it

My stay was very pleasant, the apartment was very nice and ideal for resting. Elizabeth was on the lookout the whole time and was so nice to us. We will definitely be back with my family.

Very good place. It is cool and comfortable with the essentials to rest. A little far away if you want to be in an area with a lot of movement but excellent to be quiet and have privacy.
