We really enjoyed staying here. The actual home is beautiful and the terraces and gardens are so lovely to spend time in. A real gem. The kitchen is well stocked, though if I was staying for a month, I may want an upgrade on the pans: for a week, it was no problem. We were provided with a large water jug, which was so nice to have and is not always the case in other places, so we appreciated that. The neighborhood is walkable to the center of town, but it’s definitely a commitment so be prepared to be a little further out. Also, this is the city so there are plenty of city noises (cars, dogs, church bells). I was glad I brought my ear plugs for sleeping. We would stay here again if we come back.

Loved our stay. Apartment was perfect for our group of 4 adults and so close to downtown core of activity yet privacy well protected. The access to rooftop terrace especially nice and views from there amazing. San Cristobal is an amazing city and we are very thankful we had such a lovely place to stay.

Javier’s place was a lovely place directly across from the popular Mercado de Artesanias. He was very responsive and I appreciated the access to 5 gallon jugs of spring water, and high speed internet. Some things that could be further enhanced: The shower & kitchen sink pressure & volume were a little low for my taste (important to me), and the hot water intermittent, though overall was still a lovely stay, and I’m grateful!

The place is well located - it's just at the north end of the main pedestrian street and just across the road from Templo de Santo Domingo. There're plenty of storage spaces and the high windows provide plenty of natural lights. The beds are comfy and the shower is nice and hot. The kitchen is adequately equipped, although cooking with the electric stoves needs a bit of patience. overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Loved our stay. Apartment was perfect for our group of 4 adults and so close to downtown core of activity yet privacy well protected. The location is in a great spot. We received good answers. Although the kitchen equipment is small, it may not be a problem if you visit the restaurants that are very close more often. We would definitely return to this place.

Excellent accommodation, very spacious room, nice and clean and has all the necessary amenities. I had a day of meetings and it has an excellent internet connection. a location very close to the center and one of the main streets with cafes, bars and restaurants. Excellent service at all times, they answer your questions. i would return to this home.
