Monthly Rentals in Champs-Élysées, Paris

I had a wonderful experience staying at this flat. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and public transportation, which made exploring the area super convenient. Great apartment in a great location. Very close to shopping on the Champs-Élysées and to the Metro line. The area is very active with lots of shops and restaurants yet the apartment is very quiet and free of noise. The living room was spacious and nicely decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to cook at home. The bed was very comfortable and we slept incredibly well every night. And the shower never ran out of hot water. Some of the flats we have rented in Europe have a very limited amount of hot water but this was not the case here. You can take a nice long shower after a full day out and about in Paris and never worry about the shower running cold. We would definitely stay here again.

My favorite thing about the apt was its great location. The design is also a great use of space and layout. The apt feels airy, comfortable and is well equipped. The building is well maintained and the stairs are wide. The only minor issue i had was operating the washer/dryer…tried multiple cycles but laundry would not dry - host is looking into this. Overall a pleasant stay and would book again!!
