Chez Hélène - Gîtes en baie vous propose "la petite enseigne": Petit studio (~20m2) indépendant situé dans une annexe de notre maison. Le studio est composé d'un coin cuisine, d'un canapé convertible avec TV, d'une petite salle de bain (douche, lavabo, W.C.) et d'un lit double 140cm sur mezzanine. Une terrasse couverte est attenante au studio. Il se situe sur les hauteurs de Champeaux dans un cadre calme et verdoyant à 5 km des plages. Notre maison est juste en face mais nous sommes discrets.

La maison dans la prairie, comme nous l'appelons, est nichée dans un écrin de verdure. Nous l' avons voulue cosy, et fonctionnelle. Vous y trouverez tout le confort et les équipements necessaires bien entendu! Le jardin vous offrira calme et détente. Vous pourrez y partager vos repas si vous le souhaitez, autour de la table en bois. Vous aurez aussi la chance de pouvoir aller à la plage pour profiter du sable blanc et des baignades en seulement 5mn. Et le Mont Saint Michel à 40mn ! seulement !

A Saint le Thomas (entre Granville et Avranches), au plus prêt de la plage avec vue sur le Mt St Michel et les falaises de Champeaux Emplacement calme et reposant Cabanon avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et dormir confortablement (vous trouverez 2 vrais lits faits à votre arrivée / draps et serviettes fournis) Les arrivées se font entre 16h et 19h mais nous savons nous adapter. Vous pouvez stationner votre voiture à côté du cabanon. Location à la nuit (sauf juillet août 2 nuits minimum)

Entre rivage et bocage, les balades sont variées:la traversée de la baie, les falaises de Champeaux, les chemins des douaniers, les cabanes Vauban,la plage de Carolles. Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir et serons vos voisins pendant votre séjour. Le logement est prévu pour 2 adultes, un lit à barreaux peut être mis à disposition gracieusement. Pas de frais de ménage, nous comptons sur votre savoir-vivre.

Logement insolite et unique à 15 mètres de la plage de St jean le Thomas, cabane totalement rénovée et équipée, tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour dépaysant et calme au bord de la mer. Pas électricité et d'eau courante mais un accès aux sanitaires du camping municipal qui se situe à 10 m. Douche, wc, vaisselle ainsi que box électrique pour recharger téléphone portable, tablette etc... Vue sur le Mont St Michel. Au plaisir de vous recevoir bientôt dans la cabane 28.

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
