Everything about the listing was accurate and well represented. Place was clean and matched the listing photos. Don't let the fact it's over a business or two deter you. Everything is quiet and feels safe (the town is safe in general). It's about 3 minutes to the interstate for fast access to Champaign-Urbana. There are several restaurants within 60 seconds to 8 minute walks away. Only issue you may have is the entrance to the second floor requires about 20 skinny stairs. So if someone in your group has some issues with stairs it's something to consider.

A well-appointed bathroom features a combination tub and shower. The tiled walls are complemented by a wooden vanity with a sink and storage space. Soft lighting from an overhead fixture illuminates the area, enhancing the overall clean and functional design.

I stayed at Rin’s place for U of I Mom’s weekend. My daughter actually ended up staying with me in the house bc there were 2 beds in the bedroom, and the house was so comfortable and charming. The beds were comfortable…..though according to my daughter, almost any bed is better than a dorm bed. :) The house was easy to find and easy to access. It has a cute little screened in porch on the front with a couple of rocking chairs as well. The thing that stood out to me the most was how clean everything was. It’s an older house that has been redone, and usually in those circumstances you see some grit and grime in the corners of the room, but this place was spic n span. I specifically looked in the corners bc of noticing how clean everything was! It’s a great little house and I hope to stay there again next year for mom’s weekend.

This was the perfect home. We had family in town for my mother’s 70th birthday and the home was exactly what we needed. Easy Checkin, spacious, comfy beds and we loved the large dining table. It was 3mins to downtown Champaign where our event was held so literally it could not have been a better fit for my family. Thank you so so much. Will definitely book again.

It was a great stay 10/10! Barb sent very thorough and easy instructions on how to get to the house! When I arrived she showed me around and was very friendly and welcoming! The house was very clean and neat and my favorite thing about the stay was all of the lovely flowers and decor! I will be staying here again!

Ben’s place is conveniently located near downtown Champaign…very walkable to restaurants and even to campus! We were very comfortable here but what I want to highlight how much we appreciated Ben as our host. He was extremely helpful and more importantly, kind. We can’t say enough good things about this place and our host.

Ericka’s stay was more than expected. I felt right at home as I walked in with tons of amenities making it even more cozy during the stay. Ericka was very open in communication being responsive, helpful and friendly with easy and clear instructions for a self check in. There are supplies for the four legged fury friends as well. Full kitchen and living supplies you should ever need along with labels making navigation to comfort a breeze. This place is a favorite in the area

Stayed at Justin’s place while visiting my son for mom’s weekend. Everything was perfect! One of the nicest homes I’ve stayed at. Justin was flexible with check in and very responsive to messages. The home was super clean and comfortable in a quiet area. The couches and throws in the living room were soft and so cozy for watching tv and reading. Every amenity you could possibly need was thoughtfully available. Really nice selection of snacks too. Highly recommend Justin’s place to anyone visiting the area. I hope to have a chance to stay here again!

Stayed here during my contract at Carle hospital. Location was GREAT, about a 4 min drive to Carle. Was very private, quiet. Everything matched description/listing. Heated bathroom floor was amazing. Christopher was responsive and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to the Urbana/Champaign area.

Our stay in this absolutely lovely home for Mom's Weekend was perfect! The decor throughout the home was darling, each of the 4 bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed. Exceptionally clean! The location was very near campus and a very easy Uber ride. Check in and check out were a breeze and the hosts were very responsive. We loved the bedroom and bathroom in the basement, it's like its own little apartment. I highly recommend this home and thank Gail and Mike for such a great stay!

Airbnb Champaign We had a wonderful stay! The host’s hospitality was outstanding—we truly appreciated the thoughtful items provided and the attention to every detail to ensure we had everything we needed. The cozy nook upstairs was awesome—my son had so much fun there. The home is beautifully decorated with thoughtful details that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to campus, downtown restaurants, and just a couple of blocks from the Champaign Public Library, which is a fantastic place to visit if you have kids. We felt so comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Traveled to Mahomet for a bridal shower and stayed here. It was a really nice, quiet place to crash for us! Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Great location, I felt safe (I was not on a solo trip but if I were to do a solo trip I would recommend staying here), such a cute and cozy place, I felt right at home, everything looks exactly like the pictures, great directions on how to get in and out, and the best part was everywhere I needed to go was a 10-12 minutes drive. Kent and Mary Lou were great hosts. They were responsive and tried to make sure that we had a nice stay. This is a lovely home, and it feels like you’re at home or at a friend’s house. This place was great for us. We were in town for state high school wrestling and it was easy location that was close enough. The extras that they left were wonderful ! This place we would stay again.

We stayed here with another family for the IHSA Wrestling Individual State Finals, great location, a straight shot from the State Farm Center. (About 15 minute drive). The house looked and smelled clean. Beautiful kitchen upgrades. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood. For anyone planning on cooking meals in this beautiful kitchen. There are limited kitchen amenities, no microwave or toaster. No baking sheets. No wine opener ☺️. There are a couple pots and pans and basic utensils. Plates, cups, and coffee mugs were also available.

Damon was a very responsive host, and was flexible with me when I had to change my check-in time. The apartment is in a community, but toward the back so there was little through traffic. The apartment was very clean, comes with all the amenities I need, and just the perfect size I need. The attached garage is a great feature as well.
