Vacation rentals with breakfast in Champaign

Great stay! Jennifer was very flexible with me, as I wasn’t sure exactly what time I’d be able to check in. Check in was easy, room is comfortable. Fabulous and affordable for a quick business trip to C-U.

Brian was a great host! Highly communicative, talkative, and overall a great person to be around. He even offered and drove us to certain places we needed to go. Very clean home with fresh designs and unique installations all around the inside of the home. The bathroom was great and so was our bedroom. 10/10, would definitely come back here again 😁

House was clean and yard was well taken care of. I did not have to worry about my two dogs at all. Neighborhood is super quiet. I did hear traffic but where don't you! Kitchen is well stocked. The little bonus treats she leaves are fantastic she had cold bottles of water& snacks for us, dog water & food bowls, doggy bags and a new toy for them! Plenty of blankets if we needed extra there were plenty of extra! Would recommend 10/10 ♥️♥️

Parking was great. There was an unexpected snow storm but there was a shovel available. The lock system was convenient. It was a comfortable space during a difficult time as we were in town for a funeral.

Great location and comfortable

Perfect spot for what I needed. I had a concert at the Rose Bowl which was a breezy 15-minute walk away, and for a simple one-night trip the place was perfect. J was super kind and responsive to any questions, and very organized with her instructions. Her safety precautions with the keylocks made me feel extremely safe and comfortable too. I will definitely be staying again if I'm ever in the area!
