Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Chamonix

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement était parfaitement conforme à la description : très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L’hôte a fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme, avec une communication fluide et réactive. Je recommande chaleureusement cet appartement et y reviendrai avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente.

we had a really good stay here. location is excellent - short walk to either town , or Planards where the (little) kids were for ski school, yet away from the main road. The Apartment was clean, smart and comfortable. Checkin instructions were clear and timely and they were quick to respond to any questions we had during the week. Would certainly stay again!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Stéphane a su répondre à nos questions et se rendre disponible au besoin. Le logement est fidèle à la description, au pied du Super Morzine. L emplacement est idéal et le logement est spacieux. La proximité avec le centre ville est un vrai atout. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement.

Emplacement parfait au pied des pistes (remontée du Bossonnet) et à côté du centre village avec ses nombreux restos, bar et boutiques! Logement très fonctionnel et parfait pour 4. Cécile a toujours été très réactive quand je lui posais des questions. Tout à été parfait!

Edo was an excellent communicator. He was incredibly friendly and he went out of his way to answer questions that we had regarding various issues unrelated to the apartment in an incredibly timely fashion. It was obvious that it was very important to him that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at his cozy apartment. The apartment was very charming and the location was excellent, only a few minutes walk to the city center. I would highly recommend Edo's apartment, especially during ski season. We look forward to staying at his place again in the near future because we enjoyed our stay at his apartment so much. Thank you, Edo!

Super séjour dans le Petit Chalet et la Maison de la Coutettaz à Morzine, c'était vraiment pratique de pouvoir réserver ces deux logements qui sont si proches l'un de l'autre! L'intérieur n'est pas très grand, mais ce n'était pas un problème étant donné que nous étions quasiment tout le temps dehors.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits paisibles dans ce cocon au milieu de la forêt. Le cadre et incroyable et le logement agréable, on s’y sent vite chez moi. Et merci à Xavier pour sa gentillesse et nos échanges, nous reviendrons !

Hôte très agréable, très gentil, très réactif, il vous arrange et laisse toujours des instructions claires. Son chalet et très spacieux et chaleureux, très grande cuisine fonctionnelle (juste dommage pour les ustensiles du genre appareil a fondu et appareil à raclette), séjour très chaleureux avec un bel espace et un poêle a bois magnifique, deux salles de bains, des grandes chambres, une très belle terrasse extérieure avec un barbecue, idéal pour une semaine en famille ou entre amis ! je vous recommande ce chalet été comme hiver !

My wife and I enjoyed it very much. She liked the orchids!! The house is very 'swiss' . I spent some years in Geneva and was familiar with the area. I have a sister who lives 5 minutes away. The place is very near the tram( # 12) so access to the center of town (and local shops and restaurants) is very convenient. Nice gardens.... and a nice view of MT. Saleve. High marks !!!! Suggestions: There needs to be a coffee pot. The one there is is inadequate (out dated) . One can get a french press coffee pot for a very good price at the area MIGRO grocery store. Also a small microwave oven could be a good asset. There is no freezer so there is no 'ice' available. We found the bath and sink arrangement somewhat odd but we were able to deal with it. She might want to consider enclosing the 'bath' for greater privacy. And finally I think the gardens could use some cleaning up....... they are nice but have a lot of potential for being even more appealing ..... Scott and Peggy

We had a wonderful month here. The house is spacious with savoyard charm. Great location between two ski resorts and plenty of hiking on the door step. Local bar was great and friendly and only a 2 minute walk away. The local bus is great for getting to and from the St Gervais village (and ski area) and stops 2 minutes from the house. There is also a local goat farm which is worth a visit, especially if you have young children.

Grand chalet avec une salle de bain par chambre, bien situé à 5 mn en voiture des pistes et du centre de Megève.

Location incantevole, casa comodissima e pulitissima. Valentino molto disponibile. Tutto perfetto, grazie!!

Notre séjour chez Cyril s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, une superbe vue sur la montagne et le lac d'Avoriaz, au calme. Bon à savoir: un peu de marche depuis le parking pour arriver à l'appartement (station 100% piétonne). Petit bémol cependant pour le clic clac, le matelas a un peu vécu. Ceci dit, nous avons passé une bonne semaine de vacances en famille.

Je recommande ce logement. Emplacement au top, avec le ski bus toutes les 30min ou à pied en 15min, vous êtes au pied des pistes. Une vue superbe sur les pistes. Logement cossy, fidèle à la description. Des hôtes très réactifs et amicaux.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Marie-Agnès. Le logement était très propre, salle de bain impeccable. L’emplacement est idéal et très proche des différentes stations de l’espace diamant. Résidence très calme et gros plus pour le balcon. Toute petite réserve sur le manque de sopalin (rouleau déjà bien entamé) et le papier toilette, un rouleau et demi pour 1 semaine est un peu juste. Mais rien de grave Je recommande !

Au calme loin de toute cohue, reveil au son des cloches des vaches et sifflements des marmottes. Appartement fonctionnel, bien orienté et bien équipé

I had a great stay, Agnes was very helpful with any enquiries I had. I could see Mont Blanc and Bossons Glacier from my bed and balcony. Great accommodation and great hosts.
