Family-friendly vacation rentals in Chamonix

Great welcome by Caroline, what a spontaneous and friendly woman! To the nice village was a beautiful walk of 20 minutes and Restaurant La Loupe is recommended. Many beautiful mountain walks made, all nearby, and Chamonix is worth a trip. We enjoyed the lovely house to the fullest, what a treat to be there and see the mountains and the flower meadows every day. Highly recommended to have been here in the spring! We would love to come back!! Caroline gives massages, unfortunately no time for it, but is on the wish list for a possible return!!! Thank you for everything.

An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. The apartment has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It’s clear that Marcel puts a lot of care into this place, and that’s exactly why you’ll want to return again and again. We spent a few nights at the Mazot Miou-Miou to discover Chamonix. The Mazot is very cozy, well arranged and with magnificent views of Mont Blanc. No neighbors and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The bedding is very comfortable and nothing is missing, the mazot is very clean! Carl was very responsive throughout the stay and accommodating with schedules. He recommended tours to us. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Location was great! Could walk into town or on the road above to the ski bus. Bed was a little squeaky and kept waking us up every time we moved in the night. Other than that the stay was great and would definitely come back again! Thank you for having us!

Super convenient location right next to the bus station which is great for arriving and leaving Chamonix, but also getting around town (e.g., to cable cars). Also super close to everything you need in the town. Great place!

Great extended weekend at Amandine's. The cottage is comfortable and friendly. The Nordic bath is a plus. The nearby hikes are very beautiful! A small haven of peace!

We had a great time. Spacious apartment for a ski home! It is located at the foot of the slopes and easy to access , very quiet residence with a great view. Lorraine was very responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to come back hoping to get some snow next time 😉 Ophelia

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance or you don't give it importance but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb but a perfectly liberal vision… Just the impression of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I'm sending a final text to inform you of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services… nothing to complain about, the value for money is very good, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.

Very centrally located and surprisingly spacious apartment. Groceries, shops, bars and restaurants just outside the block. Clever layout and surprisingly spacious. Facilities great. Car parking good access. Ian gave good tips re ski rental, ski areas and restaurants. Would rent again.

We loved our stay at Veronique's place. Felt like our own home with lots to read and games for rainy days. Kitchen is very well stocked and we did not miss anything. We would come back any time. It is a short but steep walk from city center, but if you are in good health it helps work off all the delicious Gelato found all over town!

The apartment is very nice and well appointed. The views are superb and the area very quiet. Proximity to the train halt at Moussoux makes life much easier for skiing and the walk to the town centre very pleasant taking around 12 minutes but only about 5 minutes to the excellent Indian restaurant and our favourite wine bar. Everything was as advertised and any minor issues were rapidly resolved. We would recommend this accommodation.

Their place is gorgeous, it was even better than what I expected from the photos. Every room is tastefully decorated in a cozy way, we felt right at home. There was a wonderful basket of toys for our kids to play with. The view from the back terrace and garden is simply amazing. We all loved spending time out in the garden enjoying the view. The place is very comfortable and well equipped, and private. Easy parking, good communication, annd warm welcome on arrival. And the view, the view, the view!! Gladly would stay again.

Very well-equipped, clean and well-arranged accommodation. Anne-Laure's mom, who welcomed us, is very nice and Michka is very sweet😉. The Ligeme t was in the sector we were looking for for our internship in Passy.
