Excelente lugar, muy cercano a Chamartin y Plaza Castilla, fácil de llegar a todos lados. El lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo. Luis nos brindó un excelente servicio. Volveríamos sin duda

Piscine privée et piscine de l immeuble, salle de sport , parking , 2 superbes terrasses le tout très bien équipé enfin un véritable Airbnb de qualité ! Ramon nous a donné d excellentes adresses pour déjeuner en attendant l heure d arrivée, a été arrangeant pour nous laisser partir un peu plus tard ! Nous comptons bien revenir très vite

La casa es preciosa, más bonita que en las fotos., espectacular. La comunicación con los anfitriones muy rápida. Muy buena ubicación, con una boca de metro a 7 min caminando. Muy recomendable! Volveremos!

We had a great family holiday with four children aged 5-10. Vic was really helpful with the all our questions and quick to respond. We were walking distant to the Bernabeu. The beds were super comfy and the house was so stylish but family friendly. Thank you for having us 😃

Mario's flat is in a great location: a safe, quiet neighborhood near public trans and lots of places to eat (grocers, restaurants, bars) so you won't go hungry. His flat is not a dedicated rental but actually where his family lives so it definitely has a "lived-in" feel with lots of decorations, toys and knick knacks. Though it has a lot of furnishings, it's so open, spacious and full of windows and light. You'll definitely have room to stretch and move around :) Even better is his warm hospitality, quick response and customer service. He had suggestions for local eateries and shops, and when there were issues with bedding or supplies he replied quickly and resolved everything satisfyingly. He even made a delicious local dish as a warm welcome!! With such a lovely flat and welcoming, thoughtful host, this home is a definite recommend. I'd gladly return on my next visit to Madrid. Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We loved the place. Lots of space. Very good for us. Lovely living area. Garden and pool not looked after. Very peaceful place.

Todo bien. Camas comodisimas. Lo unico que echamos en falta fueron bolsas de basura, pero por lo demas genial.

Laura is een fijne host; ze ontvangt je persoonlijk, heeft antwoord op al je vragen en is super goed bereikbaar. De locatie ligt gunstig voor een groot deel van het centrum en is rustig. Wat achtergrond geluid van de bussen en taxi’s voor de deur maar we hebben er heerlijk geslapen. De inrichting is super luxe en schoon. Het voor ons uitklappen van de slaapbank omdat we twee aparte slaapplekken wilden, was voor Laura geen probleem.

The apartment was lovely, and actually was better than the pictures. The location is also good, with a five minute walk to the metro one way, and 10 minute walk to the beautiful Retiro Park the other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you won’t be disappointed. The only minor grumble was the fact the bedroom blinds (which are automatic), decided to open themselves every night at about 02:00, which wasn’t ideal as they aren’t quiet…. Apart from that though, the place was great.

Le logement de Luis était très bien équipé, propre, spacieux, dans un environnement calme avec une petite aire de jeux pour enfants au bas de l’immeuble. La station de métro la plus proche et les commerces sont à 5 minutes à pied. La communication avec Luis a été très facile et rapide. Seul petit bémol : l’isolation dans la salle de bain (fenêtre mal isolée). Merci pour ce séjour à Madrid : toute la famille a apprécié.

El departamento ubicado en una zona muy tranquila a pesar que está lleno de bares y restaurantes , a metros un parking de pago , a dos cuadras el metro en diferentes direcciones que te permiten llegar a cualquier destino.,el departamento muy como nosotros éramos dos , baño completo , cocina pequeña pero completa , un living luminosa con ventanal a la calle al igual que la habitación principal . Aire acondicionado . María Elena muy amable nos permito dejar las maletas antes de la entrada .,como así nos proporcionó la posibilidad de quedarnos más tardes aunque no fue necesario. Muy agradecido Maria

David a été un hôte parfait du début à la fin. Sans que nous demandions quoi que ce soit, il nous a envoyés le détail pour accéder à l’appartement ainsi qu’une adresse pour dîner le soir même puisque nous arrivions tardivement. Il a même fait la réservation pour nous. Il répondait très très vite aux questions et l’appartement était conforme en tout point à la description. Nous étions quatre couples, c’était parfait ! Le quartier est très calme et le métro El Carmen se situe à 50 m de l’appartement et permet d’accéder au centre de Madrid en un petit quart d’heure à peine. Franchement, si nous devons revenir, ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons chez David. Nous recommandons vivement.

Our experience was excellent. The property's condition, cleanliness, and location are perfect, with plenty of options for food, transportation, a gym, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a market. Patricia and Miguel are wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.

El apartamento tal como la descripción, limpio, muy práctico, muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión, muy amables siempre disponibles para lo que hiciera falta , nos ayudaron con adelantar la hora del check in , tan pronto estuvo listo el apartamento, muy a gusto nuestra estancia.

Exceptionally great Airbnb! Just as gorgeous and even more spacious than the photos show. Extremely clean, has every possible appliance, convenience and amenity, more closet and drawer space than you could need, and a wonderful soaking tub, too. And all around fun and luxurious place to stay.

Una maravilla de alojamiento. A estrenar, con todos los detalles que puedas necesitar para tu estancia. En pleno Malasaña y sin embargo es un oasis de tranquilidad. Rodeado de Supermercados, bares, cafés, restaurantes.. al lado de la gran vía. Proceso de check in super fácil y Paola ha estado para resolver nuestras dudas siempre. Lo aconsejo 100%. Volvere!

We had a fantastic seven-night stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from iconic spots like the Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, and countless restaurants and tapas bars. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the cathedral right across the street, visible from several parts of the apartment — absolutely breathtaking both day and night. Roberto was a wonderful and accommodating host, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that puts you in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the city’s best sights and an unforgettable view, this apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Dana fue muy amable y servicial, al saber que viajamos con una bebé nos compró una trona para facilitarnos la estancia, la casa está muy bien decorada y es muy cómoda, la cocina muy bien equipada, y hace un café espectacular. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y repetiríamos sin duda.

Loved Marta’s spot! It had great lighting, privacy, great locations, food & shopping nearby. Marta was extremely helpful after we landed, I’m so overly appreciative of her & her place!! Felt like a homey place to be!! Thank you again for sharing your space with us!!!
