The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Disfruta de la sencillez de este alojamiento tranquilo y céntrico. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable en Madrid. Entrando se encuentra el salón, compuesto por el sofá, que a su vez es sofá cama (1,35x1,90), el TV Smartv de 40 pulgadas y una gran mesa de escritorio. La habitación se encuentra al lado izquierdo del salón, es una habitación amplia con una cama de matrimonio de 1,60 x 2 con un colchón que invita al descanso, cuenta con una gran cómoda con espejo. El baño es de tamaño normal, la ducha es con agua caliente a través de termo, se deja equipado con shampu, gel de ducha, secador y toallas de ducha. La cocina es amplia, compuesta de comedor y cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar, está compuesta de vitrocerámica, frigorífico, horno, microondas, cafetera, hervidor de agua, etc. El apartamento es de uso exclusivo para los huéspedes, siempre estarán sólos. El apartamento tiene una plaza de garaje incluida en la reserva, la plaza de garaje está en un parking público, con horario de 08:00 am hasta las 22:30, pudiendo dejar el coche dentro del parking por la noche.

Piso luminoso, tranquilo y amplio de 70m2 para 4 huéspedes con 2 dormitorios perfecto para disfrutar de un descanso o teletrabajar en Madrid, pues se ubica en una zona muy conveniente. Excelente elección para hospedarse, dado su tamaño superior (70m2), claridad (muchos son oscuros o bajos) y ascensor. En el corazón de Madrid, a 5 min de metro de Av. América, Cartagena y Prosperidad. A 15 min del aeropuerto y a 5 min de la terminal de buses nacional. Estadio Bernabeu cercano. Cómodo apartamento con cuatro estancias: salón, dos habitaciones y baño, todas ellas con ventanales que dan luz natural (la mayoría de los apartamentos del barrio son bajos o interiores con menor luz y paso de peatones). Camas grandes con colchón y almohadas de látex con sábanas de algodón. Cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora, friegaplatos, WIFI, TV (FireTV), aire acondicionado y calefacción.

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
