The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! Excellent choice for a stay, given its larger size (70 m2), brightness (many are dark or low-ceilinged), and elevator. In the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes by metro from Av. América, Cartagena and Prosperidad. 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the national bus terminal. Bernabeu Stadium nearby. Comfortable apartment with four rooms: living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, all with large windows that provide natural light (most apartments in the neighborhood are on the ground floor or interior, with less light and pedestrian traffic). Large beds with latex mattresses and pillows, and cotton sheets. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV (FireTV), air conditioning and heating.

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
