Good place for short-term stay. Metro train is really close and bus 200 from and to the airport is 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Really good place if your idea is use it only for sleep and enjoy Madrid walking.

A nice, cheerful, friendly woman, but above all super attentive I ask at all times how we were or if we needed anything, we couldn't be more comfortable the truth. Super close and charming, I do the Graces for having treated us like that since I was going to operate in Madrid and I needed that, tranquility, comfort and ease in moving and on top of having it so nice and attentive. Really, thank you and we'll see you again when I have the Review. A place to repeat whenever you go to Madrid.

Great! one of the best aparthotels, clean, cozy like at home and at the same time elegant interior of a good hotel, friendly and helpful girls at the reception, comfortable bed. There is no view from the window, but the location compensates for everything - all the most interesting things are within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

Fantastic hosts, they were very attentive to everything, and with very clear instructions. Easy and very quick communications. Very responsive to feedback for improvement, which was implemented within hours. The apartment is comfortable.

Luz's place, while small, is perfect for a tourist stay. The location is its main attribute, it's excellent. The heating is at an ideal point. Communication is also something I appreciate that from the time of booking it was easy and practical. Luz and Altair were very attentive, it took a little longer than the warned time to arrive due to a setback and still they were waiting for me with a good attitude. My only criticism would perhaps be regarding the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, at least the things we used just to see them didn't look very well washed.

we enjoyed the apartment and Madrid. It is in the center and everything is close. You can't really sit outside at the apartment, but there are plenty of terraces nearby and beautiful parks. Alfredo responded quickly and adequately. Also with the major power outage!😉. Repeatable

Eva and Imael were outstanding hosts for our stay. Eva were very responsive and helpful. The studio is located conveniently in a nice neighborhood with easy access to public transport to central Madrid and the airport. The studio is clean and very practical with potential to cook and eat in. It’s perfect for 1 or two people. The yoga mat and roller were a nice touch! 5 stars!

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

Wonderful apartment, very clean, in a very quiet place and close to Madrid . Clean, everything is done to be welcomed . A mercadona is next door , you can walk there. Close to restaurants! We had an amazing time staying at Valeria’s place in Majadahonda. The location for us was ideal to be near several family members, and also in walking distance of the C10 train into Madrid. My family was extremely grateful for the extra towels, spacious bedrooms, tankless water heater, fast WiFi, and ample kitchen amenities. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and my children felt right at home. Thank you Valeria!!!

Great location, spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Not luxury, but reasonable specification throughout. A little damp and gloomy, with some disturbing street noise, but overall a good experience and would stay again.

Great location, Supermarkt aeound the Corner. The room was Clean and hast private WC/shower. The host helped with lots of information, answered questions right away, even waited for us late night at arrival. Taxi from the airport costs €24 at nicht. We definatwly recommend this place! We loved our stay at Gustavo's home. Such a unique and artful place in the most beautiful neighborhood by Retiro Park. He was an incredible host, kind, accommodating, and very responsive. Would love to stay here again.
