It is not available for tourist rentals; instead, it must be rented for work-related, personal, or family reasons, etc., and the tenant must reside outside Madrid. Moreover, the tenant must not establish permanent residence in this apartment, which will serve as temporary accommodation, and is not permitted to register it as their permanent address.** ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses** During your stay, access to the apartment is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified in the booking process. Consequently, entry to the apartment is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
