Beautiful place over by Chalk Sound with easy access to Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay. These beaches are off the beaten path compared to Grace Bay, but they are spectacular and uncrowded. The villa is on the sound side with a nice little pool to relax by at the end of the day. The place was spotless with awesome AC that cooled things off quickly. The shower is nice and hot. Counter space is a bit limited. The place was missing soap and shampoo but I am certain this was a simple oversight - everything else was provided, including a nicely stocked kitchen which we used every morning. Neko the host was very responsive, and proactively reached out with check in and check out instructions. Las Brisas is a nice restaurant close by. This is now our favorite side of Providenciales and we'll be staying here again.

Flamingo Lake view villa at Harbour Club Villas

Marta's place was just what we wanted for a nice getaway...peaceful, beautiful view of the lagoon, short drive to the beach, a great space to relax. We sat out in our own little private space/chairs each day for a bit, morning, afternoon, and night, enjoying the views and weather. Bob's Bar is a short walk away, with good food and drinks, and is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Marta greeted us as we drove in and showed us around the place, making sure everything was in order and that there was nothing else we needed. She also arranged a local car rental for us, which included a pickup from her spot in the end to drive us to the airport. She was an amazing host, giving us local recommendations on the first day and available the whole time for any questions. We highly recommend staying at her place, and we hope to be back ourselves!

Our 3BR condo was very clean, spacious and in a great location. We loved the views, both of the ocean and Turtle Cove, and appreciated the walkability of the condo to a variety of great cafes and restaurants. The pool was a standout compared with other properties we’ve visited. Communication with our host Kinesha, both before and during our stay, was excellent. We appreciated being in a location somewhat away from the main Grace Bay resorts but still accessible to amenities, including great beaches and snorkeling spots. Highly recommended overall!

Our Home on the Water - I Land Time Villa

The home was amazing, just as pictured. We weren't aware to get any cell service package so reaching out to the host when we arrived was a challenge, and without wifi good luck lol, but that was more the island than the host or home. A heads up would have been good though. Leola was a great host once we got to the home and was responsive throughout. She even helped us set up a rental car and advised local hot spots to check out. The home is in a very nice upscale area away from all of the island tourists and noise and is very safe. Its a 7-15 min drive from any shopping or eating so would recommend a rental car. Definitely plan on visiting the island again and will book this place again!

What is there to say, this property and host left us without words. Karen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area and things to do. If you had any questions or concerns Karen was quick to offer input and or help. The property and Karen’s hospitality made this a wonderful trip! We have actually made contact to already plan a return trip and to rebook with Karen. If I could give 10 stars I would.

The property is beautifully maintained, close to a beach, and offers lake access with kayaks – perfect for outdoor fun. The host was welcoming, and the amenities were excellent. Just note, a renting a car is a must as there are no nearby stores or restaurants. We highly recommend this peaceful and convenient spot and will definitely return!

Jimmy is a very good landlord and hosted us very well. He is always reachable, but discreet at the same time. The house has all comfort, is in a peaceful area, and the view from the pool is showing beautiful sunset every day. there is the chance to have dinner inside or outside and the kitchen is fully furnished. the 2 bedrooms are at the ground floor, accessible and lockable in case with their own keys. Jimmy was very understanding even when we damaged by accident one sunbed, which he didn't charge. He has been lovely in every occasion we needed him!

Seaside Villa, Beachfront Paradise !

We had a great stay with young kids! The convenience of beach and pool were amazing. There are umbrellas, chairs and plenty of beach toys for children. The house had everything we needed, but is also minimalist without clutter. I might recommend bringing some games or kids toys for inside in the evening time. The TVs are easy to hook up streaming services too. We used Cerulean to help us book a private chef at the house one night and also a private boat tour. Both were incredible experiences. Throughout the week we drove multiple times to Gracebay—about 20-25mins with ease. Taylor Bay Beach is about 3mins from the house and the most perfect beach for small kids or adults who like to wade out in the calm turquoise waters. It’s a very chill vibe. There was bug spray at the house and aloe Vera but bring some sunscreen and bug spray to have your own. It’s more expensive on the island. Same with snacks. We brought a lot for the kids and were glad to have it! Highly recommend!
