Very friendly hosts and attentive to the stay, pleasant and beautiful environment, I recommend the stay and would return.

We stayed with my family per week holy. The facilities were spotless, super clean and identical to the photos. Tomas and Whitney are one of the best hots I contacted, they gave us clear instructions and they were pending if we needed anything. We were also invited homemade bread and direct chipa from the tatakuá. A great place if the idea is to get out of the noise of the city, meters from Lake Ypakarai. It has everything you need to stay for several days and easy access and proximity to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has bikes and what is needed for kayaking in the lake. Before the stay we had a particular inconvenience, Tomas and Whitney were super understandable with us and gave us a hand to be able to fix the problem. Without hesitation, a place that we would repeat again.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. What really stands out is the host's attention and willingness, always ready to help and ensure that your stay is perfect. Definitely a great option for those looking for comfort and good service!

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. Great accommodation where you can feel comfortable right away. You can quickly get to Asucion, but you can also get to the airport in 15 minutes. Communication was great. Thank you and we'd love to come back.

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

Moran was a great host—attentive, available, and helpful. Her apartment is a gem in the Recoleta neighborhood of Asunción. It has all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay and is just steps from Shopping Mariscal. My only criticism is that, while I was there, the shower lost hot water after a couple minutes of use. That being said, the weather was warm, so it was not a big deal. I’d gladly stay at Moran’s for future visits to Asunción, and highly recommend her spot if you’re in town!

The stay was great! The apartment is super comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The location is excellent, close to everything: shops, cafes, and very good restaurants. I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again!

amazing appartement with all confort. we had a small issue when we arrived and Ruben sent us somebody to fix it straight ( less than 1 hour). Our journey was very comfortable because it is a very quite area in the night. We loved to eat in the vegan restaurant just in front. super safe as well. We fully recommend this place!!

I spent a month in this apartment and felt very comfortable from day one. The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, well equipped and very cozy. After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.
