Not luxurious at all, but you're not here to book anything luxuries, right? The experience at the estancia is a different one in that you get to know the chaco, with which the host is always very helpful. Everything is a bit rough but the hosts are friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast (and other meals that can be ordered) are usually made from food grown at the farm, and are therefore fresh and tasty and they come in big portions. Beware the estancia is quite a few kilometers from Filadelfia, so you might want to bring a car or be flexible and spontaneous during your stay, but dont worry, you're not getting stuck there.

We were a group of 12 adults and 2 young children. We were greeted by Hugo - who was so warm and friendly. We arrived on Valentine's Day and the house was decorated with balloons, champagne, and chocolates! The house was a exactly what we needed and Analia was able to make all our requests come true. We needed 6 bedrooms with Queen size beds and they made it happen. The crib was clean and each room was prepared and there was no waiting around even though we checked in early. Each room had it's own bathroom and small fridge. I appreciated the aesthetic of the home, so beautifully put together. The backyard was peaceful and had everything we needed. The floor leading to the pool is a bit slippery so make sure you wear your shoes. 11/10 experience. We will definitely return when we return to Asuncion to visit. Thank you for your attention.

If you're looking for an opportunity to experience the outback of the chaco natural park, don't hesitate to come here and stay on the authentic farm. There's the possibility to arrange pick up service, to enjoy lunches and dinners on site and to book many different activities with them. The hosts are also very friendly and quick to respond!

This place is way better than I expected. the hostess was amazing. It was so peaceful, I thought about changing my ticket to stay longer.

Great stay with a lovely pool. Good neighborhood with a nice healty restaurant around the corner. The front desk was very helpful as well.

In general, it was great, excellent location, only two details, shower did not heat up, but as the day was very hot was not a problem, and the internet connection in the room we stayed was not good, but in general it was worth it.

The hotel is very nice, just like you can see in the photos . The location is great . Very complete breakfast. I don't really have anything bad to highlight .

The Premier Hill Hotel may no longer be the number one in town but it kept it's charme from back in the 70, when it must have been one glamorous place. I really enjoyed may stay there. The fishbone parquet floor together with the furniture made of tropical wood give the room a luxurious feel. It's like being in a time capsule. Oldschool, love it. The staff is friendly an helpful. Well located in the city center.

Everything was excellent. We were welcomed by Mrs. Vicky, who was very kind and made us feel at home at all times. The place was very clean, very well decorated, the sheets were clean and very soft, we would come back without hesitation. Highly recommended.👌🏽
