A very nice house with everything you need

Very nice place, everything is very clean and quiet. The host is very nice and quick to respond

The stay was unforgettable! From the first message you exchange with Xinia you realize the great quality of the experience since she is always directed with great respect and assertiveness. The house is very equipped which satisfies any need of the guests, the pool is very private which led to pleasant family memories and moments of great union., Additionally, the property has great safety, which removes all concerns with vehicles. I definitely recommend this space to generate cute memories and recharge batteries.

The apartment is just as described in the listing. Easy to access. It is located on the same level of the lobby, and to go to the pool there is no elevator, it is practically 2 minutes walking. It has a very comfortable bed, and TV both in the room and in the living room. Well-equipped kitchen. When we arrived it was super clean. The amenities are super nice, although the apartment is comfortable, go up to the Azotea and have a coffee and enjoy the views and the different spaces, it is the best that Ncleo has. The hosts were always very attentive and responded very quickly to our queries.

The house is well stocked, and beautifully decorated . The location within punta Leona is also great. My only observation which is the pool is set between the room and the kitchen. Which is a beautiful setup , but with young children you have to keep a watchful eye at all times.

The Casa Grande Vista was great and had the most amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. The pool area, chairs, loungers, bar stools were perfect for our group to gather and watch the sunset before heading out for dinner. There are several great restaurants walking distance. The grocery store location was very convenient to Casa Grande Vista. While the location is close to Manuel Antonio main road, this worked very well well for our group. We didn’t need to Uber to eat and shop. The rooms were great for our group. We were 3 couples and 5 kids. Kids shared rooms while adults all had rooms with ensuites which was ideal for us. Kitchen is well stocked. We ate mostly breakfast and lunch, then headed out for dinner most nights. The best part of Casa Grande Vista hands down was the pool and patio area. Just the right size for all 11 of us to spread out and enjoy. The views from the deck are breathtaking. And if you enjoy sunset like I do, this villa will not disappoint!

Everything was perfect, the apartment and the facilities are excellent, communication was very good with Ganita, very grateful for everything!!

We loved our stay here...the house and pool were absolutely perfect and very private. We were happy to hang out in the swing chairs by the pool and watch the birds! The A/C is efficient, the kitchen was well-equipped, and all the appliances worked perfectly. We cooked some dinners at the house after a visit to the supermarkets in Jaco. Other evenings we headed down to the restaurants on the beach and they were all good. (Especially "Animal"!) The house is in the hills behind Playa Hermosa, so near to the beautiful surf beach when we wanted to walk or take a dip at low tide. Manuel Antonio Park is about an hour away by car...be sure to make time for a swim on the most beautiful beach ever! Our hosts fixed a tiny problem immediately for us. And I left a personal item behind which they have kindly shipped to me. We can highly recommend both the house and our hosts!
