Cottage in the Morvan Regional Park, on the border of Auxois and near the lakes. In the heart of nature, in the forest and at the foot of a river. Independent, in private property and family home (for 4 generations), exceptional calm. Accessible by a balcony, kitchen open to living room and dining room (2 sofas including 1 sofa bed for 2 people). Upstairs, 1 shower and 1 toilet, 2 double bedrooms (1 with a bunk bed) in the attic, each with a sink. Renovated in January 2021.

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

Composed of two bedrooms, lounge area, and vintage style kitchen, you can prepare your meals or access the many Chablis restaurants.
