Beachfront vacation rentals in Cha-am District

I will stay here again if I come back Hua Hin in the future. One of the best experiences at Beachfront stay.

Big, open room. Corner view with big balcony overlooking the ocean. Lots of windows and daylight makes the room very pleasant. Can be a little noisy at night but that is part of the fun, being in downtown Cha Am.

Ms. Nitcharee was very responsive and proactive. Our family of six comfortablely stayed at her place for two nights during the Songkran holidays. I would definitely go there to stay if we plan for another vacation in Hua hin.

Rinyarat’s house was so nice for our month long getaway! It was pet friendly which was a huge plus for us because we have 2 small dogs. The yard was perfect for them, fully fenced in. There were bikes we could use to ride to the beach which was about a half mile away or to the clubhouse which had 2 pools and a gym. The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in Cha Am near the beach. It would be best to have your own car because it is a bit of a drive to get to restaurants. Grab & Food Panda both deliver to the house.

Good place, low people

We had a fantastic time staying at Gem’s place. It is a great place for my family and our dog to enjoy the beach. The area is best accessed by vehicle but there are a few restaurants within walking distance.

great place 5 stars from me, great pool, there is a mosquito 🦟 problem there which needs to be addressed. you definitely will need some insect killer & repellent. but this is my only complaint

Beatiful little apartment, in a big apartment complex, however the complex is mostly empty, so the experience is very private and calm. For the most of our stay we were alone in the whole building. the pool is a bit shallow for adults, however perfect for kids. the beach is very clean and right there near the apartment. highly recommend

Stunning view from the room. There was the bird net on the balcony in the way of the view but you can slide that open. Fire show on Saturday night was amazing. The condo is very quiet and private. There's alway nice security guy on the bottom of the building. Nice walk to the beach and hotel. We did activities at the hotel. Food at the hotel was pricey but delicious.

Kind host, clean, good vibe. All amenities are in the same price point. Perfect for a family getaway. Lots of things were left behind, thanks so much for following my stuff and sending it back if the chance arises.

Very pleasant place to stay for a couple of days - the swim in/swim out swimming pool is a huge bonus and the apartment is modern and comfortable.

To put it in advance, we love this apartment and the great communication with the hosts For us an ideal place for a great relaxed. Vacation. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Nevertheless, we recommend renting a vehicle - scooter , so you can explore the wider area and do shopping. 7/11 is not far The condo was barely booked and we were practically always alone by the pool. The direct location on the beach is fantastic, even there hardly any people despite high season, only occasionally walkers. Free choice of pool or 10 meters further the sea. The furnishings of the apartment are loving and well thought out. Small things were also thought of, such as replacement batteries, replacement light bulbs, etc . A box of chocolate and chips was also ready upon arrival The wifi had a technical issue and was very slow . The air conditioners work well Also excellent is the great direct view from the sea and the beach when you open the window

We had the most wonderful stay at Lars' place. Lots of space inside the house, very clean, AC and fans everywhere, two outdoor areas to hang out and have meals, and an amazingly well equipped kitchen. The condo itself was great, very well maintained with flowers everywhere, our kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the quiet and nice vibe. Walking distance to the beach and a grocery store, about 15 minute walk to a big supermarket,and a bunch of restaurants around. Lars was extremely reactive and helpful, he was kind enough to be flexible with check in and check out times, and shared some nice recommendations for restaurants. All in all a great stay, many thanks!

Loved my stay at Earns place. Could def stay longer .. Super cozy, comfy.. Good internet for work. Very breezy, so didn’t need AC.. Fantastic location.. Very quiet and yet close and walkable to many places for food or just for walks.. Big grocery stores are in a walkable distance or easily can get delivery or take a bicycle ride too.. You can get a bicycle for 2 hours for free any time.. There’s also water machine right in the building which is super convenient..

It was well-equipped with all the necessities for living, so there was no inconvenience at all even for a long-term stay, and the surroundings were quiet, so I was able to relax comfortably without the noise of a motorbike. The bed sheets and towels were also neatly changed, so I was hygienically satisfied.

It’s an awesome place, location, view to sunset and sunrise and the whole place. It’s a live in home not a made to rent place. We loved it.

This apartment is great. Silent and clean, everything that need for relax. We like it. Our son enjoy own room. The apartment has many locations where you can be alone or with family, work or watch movie. The owner is so friendly and helpful. I hope we comeback to this place again in next visit

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The building manager Mud met us at the arrival and she has been always very attentive to our needs and requests. You can have a weekly cleaning of the house for 250baht or a Massager coming to you! The swimming pool is always clean and safe. The beach is great and 1 step away from the apartment! The house was clean and reflected exactly what you see in the pictures (even better). Only “downside” is that you only have 2 fires to cook and tiny so sometimes you have to cook one thing at the time. We had a car so we could Easley navigate the surrounding and in less than 10min you have big supermarkets. Great place for families with kids. We definitely suggest this place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The management of the complex is very strict and ensures that rules and cleanliness are maintained. The pools and garden are cleaned throughout the day. Within walking distance along the beach, there are 2-3 restaurants. The nearest café and supermarket are 10 minutes away. The landlord responded very quickly and reliably.

The stay at Jürgen's went very well. The apartment is sufficiently spacious and very quiet compared to the size of the building. The beach in the immediate vicinity is not really practical in view of the tides. The pool is nice and not very busy. The accommodation is slightly off-center but everything is nevertheless very easily accessible by songthaew shuttles or scooter. Immediately outside the condo are a Makro supermarket and one of Thailand's 14,832 7eleven stores😃. With one exception, all the condo staff are adorable, gardener, security staff, cleaning ladies. Communication with Jürgen is very fluid and he is a very friendly host to whom we will happily return.

Excellent new beachfront complex well maintained and with active and pleasant staff. Away from the hustle and bustle, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy all the local delights nearby. Qualitative amenities, gigantic pool, air-conditioned gym, many very comfortable places to settle in the shade. For activities, cycling (available for free) or by car. Wonderful stay here, we are already planning to come back again next year!
