A dream accommodation with many ways to get to know Thailand. The magical house allows it to immerse yourself in a new world for too many hours with the unique ambience, so that time flies here alone and the rest/relaxation occurs from the first minute. There is nothing that one could not discover from here. Andrea is the perfect host who can organize everything from scooter, car rental to meeting sympathetic people of all nationalities. The excursion tips, sights, locations, parks, etc. know you all. It's an easy to spend months here and still feel as if you need more time. A real insider tip and extraordinarily recommend. We will come back, no question ;-)

A lovely house in a stylish compound by the sea. The two swimming pools by the beach are great (despite they were closed during covid) and the attempt to make the compound Italian style is not yet a success but the result is fair. The house has everything you need and a garden all around the house that our 8 months old puppy loved very much ! With a black-out curtain in the master bedroom, this house will clearly be a priority choice for a week-end in hua hin.

The house is suitable for family stay, group of friends, all amenities. After booking from airbnb, the house staff was quick to get back to the house. Good service, smiling. I really like it. I like that the noise is close to the Seven. At the end of the alley is a kfc.

This was our first trip to Thailand and Dirk's place did not disappoint. The photos did not do this property any justice. It is far more exceptional than pictures or words can explain. I would like to send the biggest THANKS to Suzie and Lily. They were exceptional hosts. The dining was better than any 5 star establishment. We ate the best and varied Thai food. We are currently making arrangements to return. The experience was like taking a piece of paradise out of a book, but being a part of the story. Once again my family and I Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such pleasure.

Very nice place to stay. Very nice cover. Very nice place. Quiet, next to the sea. The interior of the house is very nicely decorated. The house is very large. We usually hang out every year. This is another place. We are very impressed. Breakfast is also provided. It is a pork porridge with no frills, so it comes to full fill. The room is fully refillable. There is a full bucket of charcoal grill. The more the seaside pavilion zone by the sea, so it is lit. You can do the activity comfortably. Try to stay. Recommended.

This villa in Hua Hin is a great place for lovely lazy day by the pool or for a swim in the ocean. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people and the space and the staff was great. We had great breakfast served by the staff every morning. We also had them making dinner and lunches 2-3 times, which also was perfect. The Boat House area has a great gym and 10 min walk to a small food store. 20 min by taxi/car to Hua Hin downtown. We had a great time and would recommend it or return again.

It was a perfect vacation house for a family. All 5 rooms had full bathrooms and they were quite spacious with ocean view. 3 min walk to beach was also nice. We had a few issues with house but they were taken care of on the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone coming to Hua-Hin for any occasions.

They are very helpful, all the staff were very nice and friendly and they came quickly when we asked for help. And all the facility is so clean. The place is very private and looks all the same as advertising.

A great little beach house, very simple kitchen so if you’re cooking you’ll need to bring extra supplies (eg oil, salt etc etc). Location is excellent, right on the beach, and pool is lovely!

This is a great place! Has 2 bedrooms and pool in the front. Great speakers! Very quick responses and helpful advice! Easy for grabs to find and overall a great place to stay for any groups of people, solo travelers, couples, families. Great value and loved it.

The villa was very spacious and bright. There are windows all around with great views of the pool/bbq area and big green back yard. The space is ideal for friends, family, and pets. The rooms were neat and clean. The smell of the villa remindes me of a resort. The bed was extremely comfortable and had very soft, high quality sheets. The house has karaoke and a great sound system. It was very easy to connect to the wifi, tv, and speakers. The housekeeper was very friendly and extremely responses. If we needed anything, she was there right away. I would absolutely recommend.
