Vacation rentals with beach access in Cha-am District

great place 5 stars from me, great pool, there is a mosquito 🦟 problem there which needs to be addressed. you definitely will need some insect killer & repellent. but this is my only complaint

The place was exactly like in the photo. It's very comfortable and utilized condo, The area surrounded by swimming pool. We love this place and we will be back for sure.

This condo was a wonderful place to stay. It has a great view of the beach from the bedroom and and lounge/kitchen. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's very peaceful. You can walk to a few beach side restaurants. The condo has a cheap laundry service. You will need a motorbike or car to get groceries. The reception have cars and bikes for hire.

This was our second stay at SAN’s place. We loved it so much the first time, we returned. Our second stay was just as wonderful as the first. This time however, San purchased 2 bran new bikes with helmets for us to use. My wife and daughter took the bikes to the pier and the fish market then rode to Cha Am beach to get a smoothie. They had a fantastic time. The complex is right on the beach and very quiet and peaceful. 180 degrees view allowed us to enjoy the sunrise as well as the sunset each day. The place is very clean. Free of mold or unusual smells. The space is expansive and with the wall of windows on one side, makes staying inside feel like you are outdoors. They have a large flatscreen TV that we used to have movie nights. There is an assortment of board games that we played each night. Our favourite was Settlers of Katan. Overall the best air Bnb in Thailand with incredible value. We would recommend this place wholeheartedly to our friends and family.

Spent a wonderful weekend in Hua Hin in this apartment. Stylish modern condo, direct access to a huge swimming pool right from the balcony felt very luxurious. The host warned us in advance of minor water damage to the floors even before accepting our booking request, which was very nice of them – the issue was indeed minor enough that it did not affect our experience at all. 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the nearest 7-11 and a bunch of cosy great restaurants. Would gladly stay here next time for longer – if you're planning a weekend or a couple weeks in the area, look no further

Very comfortable room in great and quiet condominium, one of the best condo in Cha Am. Green, quiet, with good quality of building. You definitely need car or bike, because this condo far from Hua Hin (30 minutes on car) and not too far from great Cha Am beach (10-15 minutes on car) but it's ok and this place worth it. The Condominium very well treated, clean, very good pool. One minus - room need new bed, old is very shaky and not enough space if you need King Size bed. It's ok, but not as excellent as in many hotels in Thailand. The host is super, super responsible and friendly, very helpful and kind. We enjoyed communication with here. All our requests had almost immediate response from her. So overall very good experience. Highly recommended.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Leena's place in Cha-am. The location is perfect, being right on the beach and beside the Sailing Club, and near enough a hut where you could have your daily massage fix. The unit has a fantastic view of the water, with the pool fronting the sea. We would wake up to see the waves, and drink to sunsets from her balcony. The photos on the website are accurate, although I'd say seeing the place itself was even more awesome. Our two sons especially loved it - the extra room had two beds which they preferred, and Vimanlay has a gym where they could work out. The bathrooms in the unit are spotless, we even had a welcome fruit tray, and we loved the convenience of getting drinking water from the front office. We cooked a few meals together - but could not forego the opportunity to have excellent Thai food for our dinners. Vimanlay is a short drive (or 16 minute walk) to the "village" where restaurants like Harry's (for excellent pizza and pasta) and The Village are located, as well as a bevy of massage places. This back route to Novotel is a quieter option than taking the highway. (Go visit the Gravity Bar at the Novotel too - has a great vista of Cha-am, being the highest bar in the area). Cha-am is about a 20-minute drive to Huahin - and from there, you add a few more minutes to get to the center of town due to the traffic. We certainly preferred to drive out to Huahin for our activities: kiting, golf, night market shopping, massages, etc. and then just do the relaxing drive back to Huahin. Closer to Vimanlay, you can visit the factory outlets or Santorini Water Park, or the ATV Park. If you're thinking of renting a vehicle, just arrange for it with Leena and the wonderful Vimanlay team. It was so convenient for us to move around this way - you may then just rent a van to pick you up from the place for the ride back to Bangkok (or wherever your next destination is). Of course the train in Huahin is also an option (we did arrive by the morning train on our first day), but we much preferred the more comfortable ride right up to our apartment in the Bangkok after our holiday. The Vimanlay is staffed by a very professional team, who made sure we enjoyed our stay. They kept the place clean, and anticipated all our needs. The security and maintenance folks were wonderfully pleasant and always had a smile for us. All in all, we had a wonderful family reunion, made especially so by having Leena's wonderful place as our base. Thank you, Leena for sharing your home with us :) we will be sure to stay at Vimanlay should we find ourselves again in Huahin.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family, including our small dog and baby. A great spot to relax during our roadtrip, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

It is a great location but just a heads up you have to leave a 3000 baht deposit which is fine but does not explain this on their listings Peaceful clean nice building one we had a few issues that may require looking at nothing serious just a couple of light bulbs etc Short drive to beach and bars which is great The host is very helpful I will definitely return

Very clean house and comfortable security very helpful

We had a fantastic 3 month stay in the house.The house was perfect for us.The house is in a very well kept complex and is very well kept and very lovingly furnished.We immediately felt at Home.Everything was there.. we didn‘t miss anything.Everything at a very high Level.We were also very impressed by the large garden with Pool and Whirlpool.Very well maintained and beautifully landscaped with lots of Palm trees and blooming flowers.A and J have placed great value on high quality outdoor furniture.They are varios seating options,all of which were excellent.The staff too who was responsible for House and pool twice a week,read our every wish from our eyes.Amy and Jens were always available for us throughout the Holiday and made sure that we could spend a wonderful carefree holiday in their House.Dear Amy and Jens , thank you so much again for this wonderfull holiday in your house ! We had a great time staying at K. Surasa’s place. I love style of houses in the village and private beach. Highly recommended for people who want to find a quiet place to relax!

Great location and host.

This is a really beautiful home and it was a pleasure staying here, especially hanging out on the top floor with a wonderful view of the sea. Definitely five stars and great value, nonetheless, the stairwells and hallways aren’t air conditioned so you end up going from hot to cool in the rooms. That said, that doesn’t disqualify the place one bit and I’d be happy to return, especially considering it’s a stone’s throw to the beach with beautiful swimmable waters. It’s all residential and private, there’s a bar/restaurant across the street in front of the beach, so if you’re looking for a pleasant, relaxing and beautiful home/surroundings, Côte by the Sea is the way to go.

Very nice apartment, nice view, very quiet, we only saw 4 people in a week in the complex. (and the gardeners) We had the beach to ourselves. Unfortunately, the pool is only 1 m deep at the deepest point and very dirty. There is no shopping and no restaurant nearby. You urgently need a scooter or a car.

Nice place to stay :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The management of the complex is very strict and ensures that rules and cleanliness are maintained. The pools and garden are cleaned throughout the day. Within walking distance along the beach, there are 2-3 restaurants. The nearest café and supermarket are 10 minutes away. The landlord responded very quickly and reliably.

The room is very comfortable, as described in the photos, I will go again next time

My small family had a fantastic stay at Punjarat’s place and she was a brilliant host. Close to the beach and the pool was good for small kids. Very friendly staff in the building. Punjarat went above and beyond as a host on many occasions. Highly recommend to everyone!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ann’s nice apartment. The stay was great and Ann is always ready to help if there’s any questions. This was one of our best stays ever and we can warmly recommend it!
