Vacation rentals with a patio in Cha-am District

Sukanya has a well-equipped apartment, homely and comfortable. Extremely clean and tidy. My inquiries were answered immediately, we found no defects in the apartment. Sincere thanks for the hospitality.

If I could give Emmy’s place 1000 stars, I would. I initially booked one week… and stayed 23 nights. That alone should tell you how special this space is. The unit is full of natural light, thoughtfully laid out, and just the right size for anyone traveling solo or looking to ground themselves. The views (beach, water, and even a glimpse of the mountains) are stunning. The building is part of a peaceful, beautifully maintained property with multiple condos and a beach club hotel just a 5-minute walk away. I loved the quiet, relaxed energy during the week, with easy access to food, Grab rides, and the convenience store nearby. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the people. The staff were kind, observant, and incredibly helpful. And Emmy… so thoughtful and responsive throughout. I only left because I had a pre-planned trip to Vietnam. If I’m ever back in this part of Thailand, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend for a beautiful, quiet reset.

Everything was great! The owners are very hospitable, the apartment is cozy with a beautiful view of the sea! The area is very beautiful and well maintained, many large pools, gyms and a garden, there is also access to the sea.

This was our second stay at SAN’s place. We loved it so much the first time, we returned. Our second stay was just as wonderful as the first. This time however, San purchased 2 bran new bikes with helmets for us to use. My wife and daughter took the bikes to the pier and the fish market then rode to Cha Am beach to get a smoothie. They had a fantastic time. The complex is right on the beach and very quiet and peaceful. 180 degrees view allowed us to enjoy the sunrise as well as the sunset each day. The place is very clean. Free of mold or unusual smells. The space is expansive and with the wall of windows on one side, makes staying inside feel like you are outdoors. They have a large flatscreen TV that we used to have movie nights. There is an assortment of board games that we played each night. Our favourite was Settlers of Katan. Overall the best air Bnb in Thailand with incredible value. We would recommend this place wholeheartedly to our friends and family.

The apartment is great for a family and right on the beach. lots of space and comfortable beds and pillows. The building is quiet and right beside the Dusit hotel which you can use the pool and facilities. We went over and paid for breakfast every morning. great Cafe across the road with a fresh bakery. May as a host was a responsive and accommodating host. We had a couple of small issues that she was quick to respond to and fix for us. We were very pleased with our interactions. Excellent host on Airbnb.

To put it in advance, we love this apartment and the great communication with the hosts For us an ideal place for a great relaxed. Vacation. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Nevertheless, we recommend renting a vehicle - scooter , so you can explore the wider area and do shopping. 7/11 is not far The condo was barely booked and we were practically always alone by the pool. The direct location on the beach is fantastic, even there hardly any people despite high season, only occasionally walkers. Free choice of pool or 10 meters further the sea. The furnishings of the apartment are loving and well thought out. Small things were also thought of, such as replacement batteries, replacement light bulbs, etc . A box of chocolate and chips was also ready upon arrival The wifi had a technical issue and was very slow . The air conditioners work well Also excellent is the great direct view from the sea and the beach when you open the window

We had the most wonderful stay at Lars' place. Lots of space inside the house, very clean, AC and fans everywhere, two outdoor areas to hang out and have meals, and an amazingly well equipped kitchen. The condo itself was great, very well maintained with flowers everywhere, our kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the quiet and nice vibe. Walking distance to the beach and a grocery store, about 15 minute walk to a big supermarket,and a bunch of restaurants around. Lars was extremely reactive and helpful, he was kind enough to be flexible with check in and check out times, and shared some nice recommendations for restaurants. All in all a great stay, many thanks!

Beatiful little apartment, in a big apartment complex, however the complex is mostly empty, so the experience is very private and calm. For the most of our stay we were alone in the whole building. the pool is a bit shallow for adults, however perfect for kids. the beach is very clean and right there near the apartment. highly recommend

It was wonderful one and half months. Accommodation was quite far from city center but 7/11 and other supermarkets near here. Silent and peaceful. if you travel with your baby and elderly person this place is perfect for you.

Nice, clean and airy apartment on 15th floor, with amazing views to the sea and surroundings. Although bedrooms are on a smaller side (as well as the beds), living room is spacious and bright. Very good space for both relaxation and work, most part of the time it is very quiet around. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, kitchen is well stocked including convenient air cooker. You would need a car or a motorbike here, there is not much around in walking distance. Blu Diamond complex itself is also well maintained and secure, good gym and nice swimming pool, both are usually not busy. About 10 minutes walk to the beach. Cory is a great host, friendly and ready to help and solve guests requests.

We had a great stay! We ended up extending our stay by a few nights and the host was responsive and flexible. The pools are fantastic! So worth the price.
