25m2 flat on ground floor in a XVIIth century building, next to Chateaubriand birthplace house. The separate kitchen and the bathroom have been entirely renovated. The flat overlooks a private courtyard. N.B. The arrival is between 3 pm and 6 pm. The room was simply great: furnished with a lot of love for detail, creative, modern and at the same time very functional. Everything was new and super well maintained. I was particularly impressed by the beautiful view of the sea – a real highlight that made the stay unforgettable. Gaspard and Clara were incredibly friendly, helpful and always available. You can feel that they really care about the well-being of their guests. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolutely recommended!

We enjoyed staying at this Airbnb very much! The decor is great and you feel right at home. It was also great that there was a high chair and a baby bed, as well as toys. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect to live quietly and still be in a busier environment in 15 minutes by car. I also give the stay 5 stars because Lilli and Edouard were excellent at communicating and also their recommendations (especially the restaurant Comete!!) were great. We would gladly come back. The only thing you should know if you come with a baby and sleep on the first floor: The bed and the door squeak a lot, but as long as the baby doesn't mind that when sleeping, that's not a problem! Everything was perfect and as described! Thanks so much 😍

This apartment is a dream. At Pentecost, the beach was not very crowded and in the evening you are almost alone there. The view from both(!) Terraces directly overlooking the sea over the small village. St. Malo in sight. Very clean and with everything you need. Even a few raincoats, toys, etc. were thought of. 10 out of 5 stars. Absolute recommendation for 2-4 people. The nature, the sights are very close. Professional support. Good parking. We will be happy to come back to this gem on the beach.

What a great stay! Beautiful quiet house. We stayed 3 days, so we couldn't enjoy and see everything this beautiful area has to offer but we will definitely come back! The house is perfect for two with a jacuzzi to end the day after 16 km of walking. Everything is very clean, well thought out and really very charming. A big thank you to Anne for her availability. Excellent 2-day stay within the city walls, everything was within walking distance (once you found a place to park the car). The apartment is very nice and well-equipped, but you should know that it is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Perfect location to enjoy Saint Malo and the atmosphere inside the walls.

Architect-designed villa worthy of a showroom. Not only was the house well designed (cross light, balance of spaces, comfort of volumes, ideal exposure), but the decoration was thought out in every detail: chinese design furniture, harmony of colors, functional and aesthetic materials: it is a pleasure to live in this space... even if only for a few days! Bravissimo for this great success that we were happy to enjoy.
