Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania - jest w dobrej lokalizacji, czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Elastyczne godziny zameldowania - przyjechaliśmy dosyć późno z powodu ulewy i korków, a klucz czekał nas w drzwiach. Prywatny parking pod samym oknem - w Zatoce Kotorskiej, gdzie jest ciasno, to bardzo ważne. Blisko do sklepu i piekarni. Do Kotoru można dojechać w ciągu 15 minut. Dziękujemy.

Nice experience to live in this house

Staying at Aleksandra’s place in Kotor was a truly lovely experience! The apartment was cozy, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location is ideal — close enough to explore the beauty of Kotor, yet peaceful enough to relax. Aleksandra was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with great local tips. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

Markonun evinde 4 gece konakladık. Öncelikle şunu belirtmeliyim ki ev huzur dolu bir manzaraya sahipti. Ev tertemizdi, ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı ve taleplerimiz marko tarafından çok hızlı karşılandı. Kendine özel otopark alanı olması çok güzeldi. Şehir merkezine araçla 10 dk kadar ulaşıma sahipti. Balkonda geçirdiğimiz huzurlu akşamlar pahabiçilemez bir deneyim yaşattı. Bu ev insana bir kere kaldığı zaman tekrar gelme isteği uyandırıyor o derecede harika bir aurası var. Bir daha karadağ ziyareti yaparsak veya arkadaşlarımız gelirse tavsiye edeceğimiz ilk adres burası olacaktır. Hiçbir tereddüt etmeden bu evde konaklayabilirsiniz.

I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. Wonderful location - easy walk around the bay to Kotor. The apartment was comfortable, clean and you just never tire of those views. Dusanka was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Не первый раз в Черногории, и каждый раз останавливаемся в этой квартире. В квартире есть всё что необходимо, фен, утюг, стиральная машина, интернет. Всё чисто. Есть кондиционеры. Близко к главное площади Тивата. Удобное заселение. Нам все очень нравится, остановимся еще раз. Спасибо большое!

Srdjan and his Father Stanko were amazing with their communication and their recommendations for the area. We took their advice and did a boat tour with their preferred guide to the Blue Cave, the submarine tunnels and our Lady of the Rocks. There was a discount with the recommendation. We also walked up to the Fortress and a lovely visit to Perast. The unit was very comfortable, clean and quiet with a very good bed and shower. There was a 900m walk to Old Town which suited us.

we have just had the most amazing week in Kotor. Tanja's apartment is perfect for the stay. Location is wonderful, the view from the balcony is just unreal. Restaurants in the immediate area are great & in the old town the options double. We never had a bad meal. We would highly recommend a stay at Tanjas apartment. Tanja's Daughter was a star, picking us up & dropping us off at the airport, with good advice on Restaurants & good knowledge on her local area. Superb holiday & we hope to be back soon. Amazing location. Loved walking to the beaches and amazing space in general

We recently stayed at Tanja’s wonderful top floor apartment in Budva, and it exceeded our expectations. The balcony offers truly breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the charming Old Town and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and relax without hassle. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped for a memorable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Budva. It’s a perfect blend of stunning scenery and prime location.

Wir hatten zwei tolle Nächte in der Unterkunft. Ihre Terasse und der Außenbereich sind einfach nur traumhaft. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen an der tollen Aussicht von Vögel, Pferden, sogar ein paar kleine Schildkröten konnte man neben dem Haus beobachten, wie sie den Berg hoch und runter wandern. Die Kommunikation mit Nikola hat super funktioniert, er hat alles getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Und das haben wir. Danke :)

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

Absolutely amazing AirBnB! Beautiful location, easy to find with good direction by some very responisve hosts. We had some additional request and the host was very accomodating. We got to enjoy the barbeque, some lovely local wines and the amazing view. Honestly could not recommend this airbnb enough! It was an amazing experience. And then with such a low price it is an absolute steal!

If you're looking for a stunning view of Budva this place is for you. We never imagined how beautiful this place would be and we hope to come back in the future!

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Sofia’nın evi görsellerdekiyle birebir, şahane bir manzaraya sahipti. Sofia her sorumuzu itinayla, kısa süre içerisinde yanıtlandırdı. Evin konumu merkeze 25 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Huzurlu 3 gün geçirdik orada. Çok memnun ayrıldık.

Super close to the old town, and steak restaurant near by is good! Bedroom got nice and dim with the window shades and fan in room even though there was AC as well!

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Kruna and her family were super kind and helpful and their apartment was exactly as described - very clean, new, excellent amenities, well ventilated and amazing views. The price was more than fair and great value! I would recommend her place to anyone visiting Kotor.

Nice clean apartment with all necessities. parking is after a steep and narrow slope so drive carefully.

Absolutely beautiful place and great hosts. The scent of Jasmine immediately as you enter the property is something I will always remember. Peaceful neighbourhood. The Studio had everything we needed and host was very kind and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We enjoyed Budva and your home very much.

This wonderful place is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. I had a relaxing and comfortable stay as the apartment had everything you could wish for. A grocery store is within 15mins walking distance and the marvelous old town of Kotor along with multiple hiking trails in the neighbouring mountains are within the same distance. Even the airport of Tivat is even within 15mins by car but this place feels like a different place on earth as peaceful and quiet as it is! I wish I could have stayed longer, thank you for everything!

We had a fantastic stay at Smiljka’s place. Immaculately clean, and every detail thought of. Amenities including air con were great. She was extremely responsive during our stay, including recommendations on where to hire a car from, as well as tips about the local area. The location is as described, less than 5 minute stroll to the beach (it is a pebble beach, so would recommend swim shoes or Crocs if you can) and 10 minutes from Kotor Old Town, which was beautiful and full of places to go to eat and explore. We travelled by car, so a private parking spot so central was an added bonus. It was a little tricky to find initially, but Smiljka was amazing, communicated with us the whole time and met us on the road and guided us in. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to travel to Kotor. Thanks for a great stay Smiljka!
