Great location, we were in the old town and on the beach within a few minutes! Zoran was always responsive and very helpful. The flat was clean and had a lovely view from the balcony. We would love to return one day!

Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

Nice place with a beautiful view. Very close to the old town, 10-15 minutes walk along the bay. Away from the noise. There are shops and a bakery along the way. The place itself was clean and it correspond to photos. The only feature that you may not like is the place is on a mountain and you need to climb. Everything else is just fine and fits. The host also offered to check in earlier, at a convenient time for me.

Gorgeous brand new unit on the ground floor. It was a close walk to the bus station without any stairs, which was a nice change from all the other locations I've stayed recently! This is about a 10 min walk away from the old walled town of Kotor, so just keep that in mind. But I knew this before booking and purposely wanted something a little quieter and without stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. We had stunning views across Kotor Bay, and found the apartment in pristine condition. It’s located in a perfect place - a 20 minute walk from Kotor Old Town with lots of great restaurants and attractions nearby. The apartment is directly opposite a supermarket which is ideal, and there is easy access to car parking and bikes. Finally, Slobodan was an excellent host. The apartment was exactly how it’s described, and he was always so diligent, friendly and helpful with his interactions. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kotor - it’s absolutely first class.

We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

Meri was amazing! She tracked our flight and was there to greet us with a friendly face when we arrived. Meri went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with her accommodations. Meri offered great recommendations and was a genuinely lovely host.

Stevan is a great host. We arrived with a group of 11 people and had enough space in the accomodation. The location of the apartment is great and very close to the coast. We would definitely recommend.

The house was perfect. It is a wonderful location right on the bay, but not too close to the hustle and bustle of Old Town. The home was immaculately clean, and very comfortable. Bostjan and Tamara were very responsive, hospitable, and helped make for an excellent stay.

Aleksandra & her son, Andrija, were such great hosts. Our flight arrived earlier than the check-in time & they allowed us to check-in early. They were really quick to respond to any questions we had - before we arrived and all the way through check-out. The villa is very lovely! Well-equipped with all the amenities, if your group likes to cook. It’s an easy walk to Old Town, plus there’s a nearby bakery and a little grocery store. And the view from the terrace? Absolutely stunning! 🤩 Me & my friends had the best holiday! We would definitely recommend this place!

we loved our stay. the view was unbelievable. the beach front was perfect! Anita's grandmother brought the kids fresh clementines every morning which were delicious. The house has charm and everything you need for a short stay. I would love to stay again.

The hosts were great They’re communicating was top class It is a lovely place to stay on the outskirts of town but very cheap taxi fare to centre or nice walk

We felt very comfortable at Nenad's! It's a great apartment with a lovely terrace. The kitchen was also well equipped (we would have liked a casserole dish). Nenad was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had trouble finding the place (drive to Ljuta, do not follow the automatic directions). Otherwise, the location is great: a bit away from the quite full Kotor you can enjoy the view of the bay with a wine or beer. And in just 2 minutes' walk there is a small concrete access to the sea. Clear recommendation! Thanks for the welcome beer in the fridge :-)

there is a big supermarket nearby, 20 mins walk to the old city. very nice lake view. free parking off the apartment and street.

Beautiful spot on the lake - you can walk right down to the waterfront in a minute. We even saw dolphins on the last day! There is a grocery store nearby and a nice balcony to eat on. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at Petar’s place in Kotor. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and in a very convenient spot to explore the area. The apartment was exactly as described, but even more spacious and beautiful than it looked in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Petar was a fantastic host—he gave us great tips about the region and was always helpful and kind. If we come back to Kotor, we would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

this house has the best possible location to visit Kotor. it's very clean. easy to check in and check out. I would love to stay here again if I o came back to Kotor.

Beautiful apartment with beautiful views! Only about 10 minutes from Kotor or Perast. Highly recommended renting a car for easier access to these places .

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.
