We found her an excellent host who could not do enough for us. We had a group of 9 people whose needs were met without any questions. Beautiful views and 100% efforts from sabina made it worth while. One would require transport to get around, just one word of advice to sabina be add toaster to your lovely place.

Our time at Villa Azure was wonderful! The villa is beautiful & clean, just as shown in the photos…perfect for our family of 7, including a baby. Daniela was very responsive, provided a detailed house guide and provided great recommendations for the area. The villa is close to a major grocery store, beaches and less than 15-min drive to Old Town Budva. She found a local chef, Elaine, to provide a few meals for our family at the villa which turned out great. And, we took Daniela up on the offer to hire their boat (at a discount) for a full day on the Bay of Kotor… again, just lovely. Captain Filip was wonderful, very communicative, constantly checking weather forecasts to make sure we had a good day on the water and showing us around to all the local spots, including stopping for a lovely lunch on shore. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time at Nikos house in Njegusi. The house has everything you need, is close to nature and is located in a village that is very quiet. Only the dogs howling at night, but that did not bother us. They are a little anxious and responded to our dog, but with a few treats we were able to quickly win them for us. ;) Niko always responded to our questions and was very welcoming. He came right by to help when we had issues with the fireplace. The opposite restaurant Porto is also very tasty. The internet is good, there are 2 smart TVs and there are lots of blankets and towels. Since we are freezing quickly, sometimes we were cold at night. It swept through the cracks in the storm. But that can certainly be improved. Otherwise, we liked Niko's house very much!

We spent a long weekend at this property and had a truly pleasant stay. Ranka was welcoming, and very flexible with our arrival and departure times, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and thoughtfully equipped, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. A particular highlight was the setup of two separate units, which offered both privacy and convenience for our group. Communication with Rankas husband was smooth and helpful throughout, he provided us with great tips and was always available for questions. All in all, a well-maintained place with excellent hospitality. We would be happy to return.

The property is exactly as described and the pictures are very representative. Fantastic location with restaurants and a large supermarket within 5-10 min walk. Kotor is a 10-15EUR taxi ride away. Fantastic views of the lake/mountains. Great sized pool. Only improvement would be more sun loungers around the pool.

A group of us stayed at Stevo’s place earlier this month and had a great time. Stevo was really responsive, our flight arrived hours early so we arrived earlier than check in but Stevo came straight to meet us there for check in and gave us lots of information about the place. He also sent us a list of recommendations too. His father was really kind and picked fresh grapes, chilli’s and cabbages from the vineyard when he same to collect our rubbish. The place was as described and clean. Only thing is that the driveway up to the villa was on a hill and was quite rustic. But we made it up there daily with a camervan and a small SUV and it was manageable. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Filip and Jovanka’s place! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Montenegro!

Absolutely loved our stay at Alma’s place. The views were stunning and the whole space felt calm and peaceful. It was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The setting was so tranquil, it instantly made us feel at ease. My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spotless – clean, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. It had everything we needed for a relaxing break. What made the stay even more special was the host. Incredibly welcoming and attentive, Milos was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt completely at home. It’s not often you come across such genuine hospitality! We went on a 3 hours boat trip recommended by Milos which was wonderful. The villa's setting was peaceful and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. I wouldn't hesitate to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.

Amazing! Huge rooms, each big enough to be considered a master. Showers had plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Parking on the premises with room for multiple vehicles. Sits on a nice walkable road along the water with multiple restaurants and places to swim. There’s a playground and mini market also within close walking distance. We took a private boat tour and they were able to drop us off back by the house instead of having to go back to the marina. A church with a tall clock tower is nearby so it’s easy to spot from the water. 10/10 would recommend!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonja and Neno's Villa in Budva. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with incredible views. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Sonja and Neno were both incredibly welcoming hosts, inviting us over for homemade Rakia and wine on our first day and being incredibly responsive throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend their place and will be returning on our next trip to the area!

Everything was great. The sea is nearby, everything you need is in the house and in the kitchen. Very friendly hosts.

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Anna was an amazing host. She was clear and very responsive with communication. Gave us great recommendations during our stay. The accommodation itself was just the like the pictures, private and spacious. The view is probably one of the best in Montenegro especially at sunset over the pool. The pool has some loose/missing tiles which might cause injury but that’s a tiny detail

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the forest and blue villa and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Exceptional Hospitality and Impeccable Property From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. They were always available to answer our questions and provided excellent recommendations, making us feel truly welcome. Their responsiveness and genuine desire to ensure our comfort really set the tone for a fantastic stay. The villa itself was simply perfect. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this a true home away from home. Breathtaking Views And the view from the property? Absolutely stunning! Waking up to the panoramic scenery each morning was a highlight, and the sunsets were simply unforgettable. It added an incredible layer of beauty to an already wonderful trip.

We stayed in that beautiful house for 2 days to celebrate kid's 8 birthday. We were amazed of the house and surroundings. Big territory, great BBQ zone and the swimming pool. There are everything you could needed for your stay. Thank Jovana and especially her Father Dragan for their kind and warm. Much appreciated and highly recommend this place. Wow, wow, wow! We are already planning our return to this little slice of heaven! The accommodation is the perfect home and the pool area was stunning with drinks, cocktails and nibbles on offer! Sanja and her husband were the perfect hosts! The location is the most peaceful place I have visited and so convenient for our visits to local towns including Budva, Kotor Bay, Perast and Tivat. It is also only a 7 minute drive to the cable cars, which is a must do! We were able to watch the sun set every evening over the mountains and watch the planes land into Tivat airport! Montenegro is an incredible country with lovely people and great food and I can't recommend this accommodation enough, we can't wait to return again next year. Thank you for Sanja and partner, you gave us the perfect family holiday home! ❤️
