Vacation rentals with a patio in Cetinje Municipality

Very good apartment with a beautiful view to Kotor Bay. Very clean, very good communication. Not so far away from Old City if you like to hike a bit. 5/5 would recommended.

It was very good location, near the beach and about 10 minutes walk to the old town. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Big plus is that you can sit outside on a terrace and have meals there.

I can’t recommend Daniela’s place enough! She was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations. She even went the extra mile to book a car rental for us. I’ll definitely stay at her place again when I return to Kotor.

Wonderful place, wish it was available a little longer but it was booked. Easy parking, around plenty of restaurants & things to do. There is a gym, pool, supermarket, restaurants & stores all in walking distance. Definitely recommend!

It is a cozy place with great view on the fortress and mountains. Everything matched the description, wifi was stable and fast (router was in the room), there were many expandable for cooking and even washing clothes so I didn't have to buy things I won't take with me. I was able to park car next to the building. It does not have some extra protection, but it is outside of main streets and loads of people and well lit. Bed is not the biggest one and mattress is very soft. But I was traveling alone and definitely didn't feel lack of space. Definitely recommend this place!

Very clean accommodation, faithful to the photos and stunning views of the mountains. Host always available, accommodating and responsive by message. Be careful having a car is highly recommended because it is very difficult to reach on foot or thanks to public transport, and necessary to get around. The downside is the “jacuzzi” which is a tub with jets that you don't feel. Regarding the pool it is clean, has a great view of the setting sun and the valley but is not heated

We felt as home! City center in the middle of everything, side see view, location is perfect. The App is on the 2nd floor by stairs, clear instructions and flexible check in and check out. Maja is great host and very responsive. We also got welcome gifts- sweets and toys for the kids and wine. We had great start of New year there and hope to come back. For every recommendation!

Almir's house was enormous. It was very good that it was big and comfortable. The house has everything you could need. In a calm and beautiful location. The house is immaculately clean and zero apartment. Almir helped us with everything and is a nice host. Thank you so much for everything.

Very beautiful atmosphere from the balcony. In the middle of the old town very convenient. Paulina was so kind to leave water, cookies and stuff at our arrival. Definetly would suggest

We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Mia’s beautiful property. We really enjoyed having the garden space to relax and having the hypermarket just next door made it really convenient. Mia is a really responsive and friendly host and gave us loads of recommendations to ensure we have a pleasant trip!

The apartment was perfect for a long stay in Budva. Right across the street is a mall with a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, there are plenty of other shops and cafes nearby, and an HDL hypermarket just up the street. The location on the top floor in the corner is ideal, the apartment gets plenty of sun and stays quiet. Nikola provided plenty of essentials like detergent, soap, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.

Rui was a great host - very friendly and ready to help with any problems or recommendations. The house itself is quite new and modern, with excellent facilities. It’s only a 10 min walk from the Becici beach which is great. The weather was quite hot when we went, and we wanted additional fans and he was so kind to come and provide that for us. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Budva/ becici.

I had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! Everything was perfect – communication with Nikola was smooth and friendly, the place was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location was ideal and exactly as described – peaceful, yet close to everything. You can really tell that a lot of attention has been paid to the details, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Great stay at Milos’ apartment! It had everything you needed and if you needed something extra, Milos and his mother were so helpful. Short walk into Budva old town and very close to local supermarket.

Ana Marija and Marina were excellent communicators. Clear directions for access to the beautiful condo. Great location and good size for our family of three. Marina helped with a taxi back to airport after our stay and Igor the taxi driver -come- tour guide was a highlight of our holiday! If you get a taxi please get the hosts to set you up with Igor! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we return to the area. Thank you for being fabulous hosts and I wish you well for the season ahead.
