Doté d’une entrée indépendante, il bénéficie de son propre jardin et de sa buanderie annexe. Entièrement restauré nous l’avons décoré en chinant et en travaillant avec des matériaux locaux. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une pièce à vivre avec un coin cuisine et la salle de douche. La chambre est en mezzanine. Profitez du calme et de la verdure !

Il comprend deux grandes salles au rez-de-chaussée : un living avec canapé et fauteuil et une salle à manger avec une cuisine attenante. A l'étage se trouvent les deux chambres dont une avec lit king size ainsi qu'une salle de bain spacieuse. La deuxième chambre comprend deux lits simple, il est possible d'ajouter un troisième lit.

Dans son écrin de verdure le gîte propose un havre de paix à la campagne. La maison est indépendante dans une propriété équestre. Nous sommes au bout de la route, après c'est la campagne. Elle permet de se ressourcer loin de la circulation. La maison optimise l'espace et l'escalier est un peu raide. Malheureusement elle ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Avant de louer on doit toujours communiquer ici on est dans la réalité campagnarde et on se méfie du virtuel...

Large renovated farmhouse with heated pool

Our beautifully renovated farmhouse set in a quiet rural part of Burgundy, not far from the Sancerre/Pouilly wine country. It has a huge garden and terrace, large swimming pool (May-October), trampoline and swings (and space to make huts and play hide and seek!). Peaceful evenings star-gazing, sitting under the pergola as you barbecue whilst drinking locally wine, after taking leisurely strolls or bike rides around the country lanes is what it is all about!

La tanière est un endroit idéal pour se retrouver en famille dans un coin de nature. Beaucoup de promenades possibles aux alentours. La maison est propre, refaite avec beaucoup de cachet, la literie, la cuisine, les salles de bain et la véranda sont parfaites. Le jardin et les jeux qui y sont proposés ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Thierry a répondu à nos questions avec beaucoup de rapidité et d'amabilité.

Que dire de cette petite maison, parfaite. A la fois confortable, agréable, de bon goût ( je me demande encore si le plan de travail et le rebord de fenêtre sont en marbre). Cette maison a une histoire, et ça se sent, meubles, photos. Ça donne envie d’en profiter et d’en prendre soin. Charmante véranda!! Envie d’y revenir!!!!!

Die Unterkunft in der Mühle von Rix ist ein zauberhaftes, kleines Paradies. Wir haben uns dort direkt mit der Begrüßung durch Yves und Christine unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Der Weiher, der Fluss und der eigene Mühlenkanal ließen unsere Herzen höher schlagen. Wir haben von dort tolle Mtb-Touren durch die wunderbaren Wälder und Felder und am Canal-du-Nivernais entlang gemacht. Die Umgebung bot mit ruhigen Orten, beeindruckenden Kathedralen und Weinbergen an der Loire alles was wir brauchten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
