Vacation rentals with a patio in České Budějovice

The apartment is very centrally located. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. The decor is made with a lot of love for detail and the amenities are very good. Everything was very clean and tidy, we felt very much. Lenka is very friendly, helpful and always available for any questions.

10 out of 10 again. Perfect for skiing. Super nice and nice host. I will gladly come back.

Everything was great. The flat is big enough for 5 people. Restaurants and the lake are not far away only a short walk. Everything was perfect and Tomáš was really nice!

Super apartment by the lake. We spent two nights. Everything worked out great. Unfortunately, in the month of February/March there is not much going on, but it's still fun!

Overall great stay for a couple. The apartment is nice & clean, it has a dedicated bathroom & WC. Two balcons with interesting view to opposite sides. There is a dedicated large private parking spot under the building available. Close to the nature on the edge of the city (Hluboka nad Vltavou etc.). Big shopping mall nearby. A lot of space with new furniture. Just the lights above the dining area could be somehow better. Above-average kitchen equipment. Big fridge with big freezer - good for someone who brings their own food or cook by himself. Maybe one additional medium-sized cooking pot would be even more handy.

Our stay with Matthias was just great! He was super friendly, always available and really took care of everything – he even got us an oyster knife. Already in advance, he provided us with great restaurant tips and informed us about delivery options. Even the offer to bring ordered food to the cabin shows how attentive and helpful he is. The place itself was clean, rustic, and at the same time perfectly equipped. But the absolute highlight was definitely the private sauna and the hot tub! Relaxing there after a long day was simply unbeatable. The cottage offers absolute privacy in the middle of a breathtaking backdrop – pure nature! And the starry sky? Just amazing! We have rarely seen it so clearly and impressively. We would recommend everyone to book these extras – it's absolutely worth it! Very nice, quiet, big and clean apartment in a village close to Budweis and Cesky Krumlov. We had everything we needed and the contact was always fast and friendly. We would definitely come back!

we had a wonderful stay at Rüdiger's place. the house is beautiful, sunny, and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and everything was clean. Sauna was great. the kitchen was well equipped for all meals that some of the things we bought were unnecessary; even had 2 coffee machines! the forest in the area is great for both long and short walks. it is a really peaceful area for a quiet getaway from the city. Rüdiger himself was super nice and helpful, and always answered questions patiently. He obviously takes care of the place well and it really felt like it. I would really recommend the place!

Veronika's house corresponded exactly to the description. We felt equally comfortable with two families. The house was new, tasteful, it had everything we needed. Many excursions nearby and a very beautiful landscape. Veronika was always quickly available for our concerns, friendly communication.

When we arrived, we were immediately expected, the host was constantly available by phone and terribly nice and welcoming, we had a lot of privacy and the backyard, which is a big waste for the smokers, and a big plus is the proximity of food and the welcome of the dogs. We had a lovely stay and felt like at home. Flat is spacious, safe, clean, bright and situated in a quiet residential area. Host is very responsive and accomodating. I would stay here again as it was very comfy.

Modern place, all clean. The only drawback was the main road, which is quite busy. The distance to the center in 15 minutes slow walk, so great. When we go to Krumlov, we will definitely use it again.

Located in a small town in the south of the Czech Republic, this is the most fully equipped apartment I have stayed in during this trip. Eva and her husband are very friendly and have given us a lot of help.

We stayed at 5 over the turn of the year in Stephan's apartment with a small dog and baby. Litschau is a beautiful little village. In addition to the beautiful tour of the lake, you can perfectly reach many excursion destinations in the Czech Republic and Austria. Stephan welcomed us in a very friendly way and gave us a lot of nice tips for restaurants and the surrounding area. We will be happy to come back. 😊
