We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is modern, cozy and superbly equipped – just like in the photos. The terrace with a grill and seating was especially great, perfect for relaxing family evenings. The area is quiet and green, ideal for switching off. We felt completely comfortable as a family and enjoyed every minute. Communication with the host went smoothly. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!🥳🥳

A very successful holiday, from the handling, the reception, the great excursions and the very close ski slope. The house left nothing to be desired and we will be happy to come back.

Amazing loft apartment with comfortable places to lounge after a wonderful day of exploring. Easy access to all Historic sites & local attractions/food. Be ready to climb stairs to access this space, but well worth it.

This house and the site were fantastic. There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is free use of communal washing machines. The lake is beautiful and all on site staff were great. The nearby area is also great with a fantastic aquA park for kids in Frymburk and nice restaurants nearby. Would very much recommend 😊

The apartment was well presented and clean and tidy. Had the basics for a short stay. Leos was very helpful and responsive to messages to clarify things. The instructions given were clear and easy to follow. Would recommend this charming place and town to those looking for a village getaway.

Thank you for a nice place to stay, in a quiet environment and with a beautiful view. The only thing we would say was the dust and minor clutter on the floor. Otherwise, everything was fine. Cleanly covered, clean bathroom and kitchen. Well-equipped kitchen, super fireplace with simple control. All the instructions were beautifully described in the instruction book for the accommodation. Thank you to Erik for his care and action. We recommend on summer days so you can use the pool as well. We loved Ondrej & Ivana's place. It was perfect for our family. My kids especially loved the foozball table! Great setting for a few days in Krumlov. Couldn't have asked for more.

Wonderful place, wonderful host. Perfect location, especially if you are coming with kids: the ski park is just across the road from the property, with skiing and tobogganing, inexpensive. A bigger ski slope is some 7 min driving. The apartment is done beautifully, with care, pleasure to be in, very comfortable. Everything works. Communication with the host was smooth and fast. 100% recommended! Now we want to come back in the summer to experience the lake with the paddle boards.
