Our apartment is located in the Liberec Region, 5 km from Jablonné v Podještědí and 2 km from the border with Germany in Petrovice in the Lusatian Mountains. The apartment is in the house where we live. That's important to know to start with. We are not anonymous landlords, we are a nice family with small children and you will certainly meet us here. :) We live here beautifully, there is peace, fresh air, diverse nature, many tourist destinations in the surroundings and for guests there is also an outdoor hot tub under an oak tree, heated with wood with hydro and arero jets

The cottage is located in the Lusatian Mountains Protected Landscape Area, with the garden covering almost 15,000 meters for your rest. In addition, you can also use the summer kitchen or the indoor heated pool with a sauna. You can also relax by the crackling tiled stove, including the oven. The location of the house offers countless incredible views of the surroundings, including the possibility of visiting tourist attractions, for example, a rock castle right behind the house.

The area surrounding Marenice offers countless beautiful places for hikes, swimming, hiking and winter sports enthusiasts alike in two adjacent ski resorts. At the cottage you can relax in the quiet garden and total privacy at the edge of the village by the forest, with a barbecue and a hot tub.

The highlight of our cottage is a year-round HOT BARREL with a jacuzzi & whirlpool system and a relaxing heated patio. In Resort U Tomáš in the sprawling garden you can use: a bathing pond, a fire pit, a pond, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and an extensive garden for winter and summer fun. Nearby bike path and winter, the NEW Ještěd slope built in 2020 only 18 minutes by car from Zdislava.

Přes den se můžete toulat po okolních stezkách mezi rybníky nebo vyrazit na výlet vlakem. Na samé hranici CHKO Kokořínsko a nedaleko CHKO České Středohoří budete mít spoustu turistických cílů co by kamenem dohodil.
