Our apartment is located in the Liberec Region, 5 km from Jablonné v Podještědí and 2 km from the border with Germany in Petrovice in the Lusatian Mountains. The apartment is in the house where we live. That's important to know at the beginning. We are not anonymous landlords, we are a nice family with small children and you will certainly meet us here. :) We live here beautifully, there is peace, fresh air, diverse nature, many tourist destinations in the surroundings and for guests there is also an outdoor hot tub under an oak tree, heated with wood with hydro and air jets

I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location. A spiral staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor. You have the apartment all to yourself, with your own entrance. We ask for quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. The apartment is non-smoking. Private parking space in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage directly at the apartment for a fee. In addition, you can also use the summer kitchen or the indoor heated pool with a sauna. You can also relax by the crackling tiled stove, including the oven. The location of the house offers countless incredible views of the surroundings, including the possibility of visiting tourist attractions, for example, a rock castle right behind the house.

Small changes make a whole. The whole then presents fulfilled dreams. We try to maintain the value of the history we seek under the deposits of clay, paint, tiles and leaves. But the vision is clear. The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

A short distance from the accommodation is also a leisure area, which includes a mini zoo, an in-line track, a large playground, a lookout tower and a restaurant. In addition to the rich nature, the town of Mladá Boleslav is nearby, where the Škoda Auto Museum and the Aviation Museum are a great attraction.

The kitchen is furnished with new furniture, the other appliances are partially preserved, in part it is restored. Beds have new mattresses. The accommodation is complemented by a lockable space for bike storage and a sauna, which is available for a fee in the basement of the house.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
