Studio 1 - Villa near Forest

Hello, our apartments are situated in the environment of untouched nature on the border between Wendic mountains and so called Czech Switzerland. The picturesque landscape of forests, meadows, gorges, lakes, observation towers, rock formations and mesas experiences await you in an unforgettable natural scenery. Skiing, tennis, biking, mushroom picking, swimming, tennis, everything is nearby. The apartments are part of a villa, that was built in 19th century. Two apartments and 2 Studios are for rent.The Villa is surrounded by a vast garden area of 40sqm and offers wonderful leisure time options for relax, sport and fun. You can borrow the grill and you can take advantage of an open bone fire as well. 1 km from the villa is a tennis court. The nature around us is interlaced with bunch of bike trails. Studio 1 is located on the ground floor of the villa on the left side of the stairs. The windows of the studio 1 have the view of the garden. Studio 1 has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cook stove, microwave, cutlery and everything you need to prepare your dish or snack. The apartments comprises Toilette with a shower. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch, where 2 persons can comfortably sleep. In the bedroom there is a queen-size bed and a bunk bed - so 4 persons can stay there. Total 6 people can be accommodated here. The internet connection is not the quickest, because we are in the middle of a valley. But we work on it and definitely we have a connection.

Špálovka Apartment - peace in the center of Nový Bor

Apartment Špálovka is located in the center of Nový Bor, in a very quiet area, Wi-Fi and parking in front of the entrance to the house. The apartment has been completely renovated. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with TV and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet. We can also arrange comfort for infants on request. The apartment is suitable for business trips, couples and romance, but also for families with children. We are interested in comfort, convenience and your satisfaction :).

With us you can shut yourself in and work or walk in the woods and rocks, just think or meditate, or roast sausages overlooking the Luž mountain ;-) The apartment is an ideal place for quiet moments for individuals or romantic moments for couples, but even small children are very welcome with us. Walks to the local rocks will be taken as a fight :-) There is enough to do in the area for the whole week. The heat from the fireplace and underfloor heating will make your stay cozy ;-)

No other apartment in this complex offers a similarly large and private terrace. On the terrace it is not only possible to enjoy a meal with family or friends, but also to relax, sunbathe or work as a home office via free wifi. In the evening, the terrace turns into a romantic place from which you can watch amazing sunsets behind the treetops.
