Communication with Sveva was extremely smooth and she was very quick to respond to any questions. On the day of arrival, she was already waiting for us at the door. She led us to the place. The place, linens and beds were very clean. She also had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. We found the stay very pleasant and would book again.

A very nice starting point for a weekend in Milan. Perfect location, in the center and yet quiet. Beautiful and typical Italian courtyard with swallows. Super host, who responds quickly and kindly. In short, we have enjoyed it!

Gustavo was responsive and kind and this stay was great! very clean and private areas for each of us. Great restaurants and transit into the city in the area. The space even had a lovely terrace and winter garden!

We just returned from a stay - the pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the home and the location. Jennifer and Nico are outstanding hosts and have been extremely helpful in recommendations for restaurants, activities and future stays.

This property was such a find! The four of us all loved spending time in the space (which for us is rare - we are often out and exploring) and it meant we actually had a restful time away. The property itself was exactly what I expected from the photos - stunning views. Our favourite feature was having a variety of outdoor balcony spaces - suntraps for the morning, shaded next to the kitchen for hot afternoons and the lower ground tucked away for evenings outside. Our friends came by car which was helpful as it's much faster driving into the centre of Lugano (recommend parking at the station Park & Ride or Migros for a groceries haul). If we had no access to a car we would have needed to plan our outings a little more (e.g. time for buses or plan in time for walking) but being out of the main town actually meant we were in a peaceful and quiet area. Make sure to do the trail walk up to Mount Bre - it starts just up the road by foot! Would highly recommend!

The place is lovely and just as it looks in the pictures. We were traveling with four kids, and the house was spacious enough to meet all our needs. Parking in the village can be a bit challenging but you can always find a spot after a short wait of 10-15 minutes when someone leaves. There are several hiking trails around including a beautiful waterfall that's about an hour's walk from the house. The outdoor area features a grill and has a spectacular view, making it a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax. Jacqueline, our host, was very nice and helpful, living in the same house downstairs. We experienced some issues with the electricity failing a few times when the washing machine and oven were in use; however, with some care to avoid simultaneous usage, we could avoid this. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, and the 4/5G coverage was spotty in the area. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a supportive host, making it an excellent choice for a stay in the Como Lake area.

Staying with Matteo was the perfect choice. The apartment is spacious,clean, andwell-equipped. Matteo was very helpful, responding quickly to our messages. Outside, there is a place and all the equipment for a barbecue and, most importantly, a parking space under the house. Great location. You can visit the beautiful Lago Maggiore,and Como is only 1 hour away. I recommend it with all my heart!

Laura’s apartment was outstanding. It was a great home base for our family during a short visit to Milan. Luca was waiting for us onsite to check us in and show us around the apartment. Very helpful! Very close to everything and having the elevator in the building was a huge benefit. Would not hesitate to book again the next time we visit Milan.

Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

It's worth it !!! The location is spectacular. More modern, quiet neighborhood with good restaurant options and walking distance to the Center. The apartment is old, but completely renovated. The TV is spectacular. The bathroom in the suite is quite large. The apartment is generally quite spacious. And now the most important thing: the Team. I've never seen such good service in so many years of Air BnB. In addition to quick responses, they give tips and solve any problem. Thank you very much

Excellent Airbnb to spend a few days in Como. Very close to the station near the lake. A few blocks from the cathedral. Everything was very beautiful. The apartment is beautiful. The quality of the kitchen items is excellent. Flawless towels and linens. We will be back!

What a great place to stay! Just steps from the base of lake como, easy to catch the ferry or bus to other towns. Alessandro was incredibly helpful with recommendations during our stay as well!

Sergio’s place was well located and made for a brisk 10 minute walk from the train station. The rooms were very clean and had two bathrooms for traveling in groups. Would recommend staying here for your trip to Como.
