Monthly Rentals in Cervillo

This is a review written by an elderly couple who had the pleasure of staying in Giovanni's apartment for 3 months during the winter season. We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. We are in our late 70s and late 80s and managed the stairs quite handily. The bathroom is, as described, small but well equipped and manageable. It was immediately evident that the apartment was well maintained , generously supplied with good linens and quality kitchen supplies, and all rooms but the bathroom are spacious and bright. Although right in the heart of the historic centre, the apartment was very quiet. Most supermarkets are on the periphery of the centre, about a 10 to 15 walk. Some bakeries and veggie stalls are closer. Francisco was our host and went out of his way to make sure that all was in order. Communication was super easy and requests were promptly addressed. Thank you, Francisc We loved our stay and have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to other visitors.

Close enough to several beautiful villages interesting to visit. You have to be ready to use the car. Beautiful terrace, washer on site, the only thing we missed was a sharp knife for cooking. She welcomed us by showing us around the house and left us a beautiful fruit tray, a homemade pie, tomatoes, rolls and the recipe that goes with it. There was also water, milk and a sweet liqueur in the refrigerator. We felt great! Thanks Erminia!

The experience is great, sleeping inside such a beautiful house with a lot of history. Very exciting and romantic. The road is beautiful and 10 min drive there are excellent restaurants. The communication with the host was wonderful. She is a truly good person. Every morning we received a very nice breakfast with cheeses that the family produces. The only thing that bothered me is that there is no TV and that the internet is also not working very well but it is due to the thick and original walls of these types of houses. I recommend for a short and romantic stay. We will be back in the future!

Very nice place, everything was clean. Our host explained very well to us, all the information was given thank you very much. Just hard to get to for a big car. Thanks for everything! We'll be back
