The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. Six of us were on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary car repair. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also great - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. Excellent apartment, matches the photos and description, clean, really equipped with everything, washing machine, dishwasher, spare towels, air conditioning in both rooms. Super-equipped kitchen from oil to condiments, coffee machine and pods, aluminum foil containers, baking paper, trays, toaster, really excellent attention. It has mosquito nets. In the laundry area, I found everything I needed for cleaning, a new broom, new sponges, laundry detergent, fabric softener... really great attention. Nothing was missing! Great location near the beach and the main street. Super active host, always very helpful, and decisive. bikes available Really great staff! I accidentally got locked out with the keys inside the apartment, and within 5 minutes they solved the problem. Unobtrusive and really very professional. A positive note also for the Lido delle Sirene!

A place very suitable for our needs, quiet, close to a park , a supermarket and 20 minutes from the city center!!! Lots of storage and well-equipped, a pleasant terrace.... in short, we loved it and will be back with pleasure.

Francesca's place is well structured, bright, and the terrace is a much appreciated bonus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but it is nevertheless very welcoming. The area where it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. Nearby are all the necessary services: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

We stayed in this fantastically located house for 3 weeks. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes to the adjacent nature reserve just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really well taken care of in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just a country house. So we would come back anytime. Thank you very much for the very nice care.

Lovely spacious apartment, clean and comfortable and everything you could need

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you can wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path takes you to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you travel by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

We are welcomed by Silvia's mother, very nice, helpful and caring, she makes you feel at ease. A little bit the mom of all guests. The town of Gabicce Monte is very quiet but with great restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias where you can spend the evenings. Recommended for everyone.

We spontaneously traveled to Italy for 10 days and found this incredible place to stay. The house is in a great location, both for visiting Ravenna on foot and for getting to the surroundings by car. There is ample free parking in front. The house is spacious, cozy, clean and equipped with all comforts. Maria Antonietta is an impeccable, kind, helpful, and very caring host. He gave us valuable tips for our visit to the city and advice on restaurants. On the day of arrival, he waited for us to welcome us personally, despite the fact that we were very late due to heavy traffic on the highway, and despite the fact that we had precise and detailed instructions for checking in independently. We were two friends on vacation and we couldn't have expected a better welcome and accommodation. If I return to Ravenna, it will always be my point of reference. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rimini! The apartment was not only beautiful and tastefully decorated, but also sparkling clean and perfectly equipped. Everything was exactly as described and I immediately felt comfortable. I would particularly like to highlight the landlady, who was just great. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and was available to me at any time during my stay for questions or concerns. Communication was straightforward from the start and she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. The location of the apartment is ideal to explore Rimini, and the proximity to the beach is also a big plus. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!
