This stay exceeded all our expectations! Everything was perfect – the communication was super smooth, the check-in process was easy, and the place itself was even better than we had hoped. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our time there. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog, and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic hot tub (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard views, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move in.

The house is very spacious, with a particular structure. The owners are very available. A few minutes walk and you're on the beach. Lido San Giuliano is quiet and suitable for families with children. Just beyond the beach and the center of Rimini. Very close to the supermarket and fruit and vegetable house, just over pizzerias and restaurants. Welcome to our beautiful Italy.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Davide’s place — the house was nothing short of perfect. The property is gorgeous, with breathtaking views, an amazing pool, and the most peaceful setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the entire space was spotlessly clean and beautifully styled. Davide is truly the best host in all of Italy — kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. We stayed at this villa in Conventello for a few days and had a great time. The house is modern and complete with everything, but what we appreciated the most was the large manicured garden and outdoor space, perfect for relaxing in peace. The area is very quiet but still convenient to the sea and nearby cities. Ideal for getting away and enjoying nature.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastically beautiful apartment! The accommodation is not only tastefully decorated, but also in an absolutely quiet location with stunning views of the hilly landscape – perfect for relaxing. The pool was a real highlight and felt almost like a private pool – ideal for cooling off and enjoying. The lovingly landscaped garden also contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A big thank you to Adriana, who welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always helpful. The area is perfect for cycling and slowing down – we enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back!

We loved our Holliday in Fano. The house is located on a very quiet and peaceful location. Everything you need is within a 10 minutes drive (beach/supermarket/restaurants/etc). The house itself is well decorated and has everything you need. The host(s) are very friendly and responsive. We would love to visit again!

Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

Absolutely recommended!!! We have booked the space to relax for a few days for our big wedding. The accommodation was exactly as described and is very comfortable, quiet, and with many amenities. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, he sent us all kinds of tips for activities nearby, responded very quickly to all our questions and finally came to bring us a nice bottle of wine when he heard that we were getting married later that week. Really very sweet. We would love to come back again!

You really have to say that the accommodation is very successful and has been furnished with a lot of taste. The house is very high quality and the kitchen equipment is phenomenal. It's really fun to cook here and you'll appreciate the benefits of a professional kitchen. You can't wait to see how the space develops in the future because it can already be seen that there will be an outdoor kitchen at some point. Andrea was very committed and was also personally on site at the handover. The information about the process and also the food options were very good and every guest should definitely plan an evening at Ca' di Veroli, it is worthwhile to eat there. Stefano and Cristina are just amazing. They are very friendly and outgoing, they responded to every need we had. We even asked if there is a place to buy homemade grappa, and they have offered us one of their bottles, truly amazing people. The place was more beautiful than the pictures. It was astonishing and breathtaking. Beautiful surroundings, very quiet and secluded. There is a coal barbecue, which brings the best taste in meat upfront. All and all, the one of the best getaways ever, definitely a place you want to stay if you are visiting this area. The house is beautiful, comfortable, all the amenities are impeccable, they make you feel very well received and at home. The service from Barbara, the owner, was excellent, attentive to everything that was required and with wonderful treatment, seeking to assist in the kindest and most special way possible.

Very pleasant house in a beautiful area. In case of problems, Mara has always tried to find a solution very quickly. Delightfully enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and ideally located to discover Le Marche.
