The apartment is as described in the listing. It is very lovingly and cozily furnished. As a welcome, there was an Easter cake baked by Giulia's mother on the table. The reception was warm, the check-in completely hassle-free and straightforward. The same applies to checkout. I can fully recommend this apartment. Giulia and her mother Giovanna are very helpful and nice. The apartment is a good starting point for activities in San Marino. You will also find restaurants and a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Thumbs up for everything and thank you for your warmth.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay and Christiano and Sara were both very friendly and helpful - the place is beautiful and Sara and Christiano have a shop with delikatesses just below the apartment which we also enjoyed during our stay. /Eva

very nice place with lots of space, loved the terrace and the location is very central but still very quiet. enrico bought us wine and pasta and was very friendly. 10/10 would stay there again

great apartment, convenient for parking and close enough to the center. the most pleasing aspect was the solution for the bed: no blankets, bedspreads or duvets that can't be washed at each change of guests but a duvet cover, truly the only hygienic solution for the bed. congratulations!

My partner and I stayed in Marianna's apartment for a couple of days and had a great time, we felt at home. The apartment was clean and welcoming, it matched the photos and description in the listing exactly. We also particularly appreciated the breakfast provided. The area is quiet and central, you can easily get around on foot to visit the various monuments. Marianna was very nice and always proactive. Highly recommended stay, we will definitely be back.

It was just perfect!Morciano is a small place with very dear people :) all necessary shops are nearby and are within walking distance. The accommodation itself is much nicer than in the pictures!Everything so lovingly decorated!In the kitchen you have all the need, even coffee, sugar, salt and tea. What is still totally sweet is that the host even provides croissants, jam and cookies as well as two water bottles. In the bathroom you will also find everything you need, the towels are changed regularly. As far as Paolo is concerned, very great!For any concern, you can contact him immediately and also get an answer immediately!Great recommendations from him regarding restaurants and beach(10 minutes by car in Cattolica). In between Paolo brought us delicious figs to try and a farewell gift with local treats on departure!Paolo, thank you so much for the great stay & your warmth :)we will come back!

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

Silvia is always easily accessible, answers questions and also comes by if you need help. The apartment is nicely furnished, everything tastefully coordinated. The whole apartment complex is well maintained and the apartment is quiet. We had nothing to complain about

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Nicoletta was very helpful right away for any of my needs. There was a small mishap on AirBnb about the parking lot but the host immediately got involved in resolving it. I think that makes a difference when you book an airbnb. The location is perfect if you need to spend more days c/o the Palacongressi, it's literally across the street. Highly recommended for those who, like me, move with many pounds of photography or work equipment.

Letizia is a very accommodating host. Your accommodation is located in an idyllic property, is spacious and lovingly furnished. A private parking space right in front of the entrance was also available to me, as well as a remote control for the electronic roller door. Thanks to the extensive amenities, I lacked nothing and I felt very comfortable right away. Letizia's warm welcome consisted of providing me with a freshly baked traditional "Ciambella" cake. A nice gesture that I really appreciate! Heartfelt thanks and best wishes!

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. Very comfortable room in a very pretty establishment in a quiet and nice neighborhood, not far from the center. We stayed in a room for two people with a balcony. Gabriele was very helpful and friendly, made the best breakfast and also let us leave our luggage after check out so we could enjoy the city a bit more. If we ever get back to Ravenna will definitely prefer Gabriele's house. I undoubtedly recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at Lucas'. Everything was perfect. A carefully maintained residence, perfectly clean. The room is very well insulated from noise, comfortable bedding. Breakfast is very hearty with fresh, quality products. As for Lucas, he is attentive to his customers, accommodating and very pleasant. We highly recommend this property.

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!
