Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

Excellent séjour, Vanessa est une personne très gentille, accueillante et chaleureuse. Elle a même fait l'effort pour répondre en français à nos questions. La maison est très belle, bien située, bien équipée, décorée avec goût, très agréable à vivre. Location a conseillé aux amis pour passer un agréable séjour. Aucune remarque désagréable à formulé.

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dem tollen Haus von Mauro verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Alles sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Garten ist super schön und dank des sicheren Zaunes ein Paradies für unsere beiden Hunde. Der Blick auf San Marino ist ein Traum und die große, überdachte Terrasse spendet herrlichen Schatten, wenn es mal heißer wurde. Mauro ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der trotz unserer mangelnden Italienischkenntnisse sofort auf Wünsche reagierte. Besser geht es nicht. Sein super netter Hund Alba war ein von uns und unseren Hunden ein sehr gern gesehener Zaungast. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Appartamento perfetto per le nostre esigenze: ampio, pulito, in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a spiaggia e centro. I proprietari hanno soddisfatto pienamente le nostre richieste aggiuntive e la comunicazione è sempre stata rapida ed esaustiva. Davvero gentilissimi, grazie!

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Donata is a great person very friendly and speaks english fluently. her place is up at a mountain with lots of green ,trees and mountains. when we got there she had made us homemade bread , cake , cookies, yogurt milk, espresso machine for us ready for the next morning. . The only problem is that you need to drive a car there and not to be afraid to drive in tiny roads .

Una settimana da sogno nelle Marche con tutta la tribù: cugini, sorelle, genitori, cane e la suocera (sì, anche lei). La villa? Un paradiso. Piscina top, idromassaggio terapeutico (anche per i nervi), BBQ da grigliatori seriali. Stefano e Alessandro: da 10 e lode, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. Panorama da cartolina, comfort ovunque. Ci siamo rilassati, divertiti e... ingrassati. Ci torneremmo domani. Anzi, ci trasferiremmo.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wir waren drei Parteien und waren allesamt begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Innenräume sind großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet! Der Aussenbereich sehr gepflegt und voll funktionsfähig! Die Umgebung ist grandios! Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert! Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar und stets bemüht uns Empfehlungen für die Region auszusprechen.

Un havre de paix. Superbe maison divisée en quelques appartements sur un terrain entièrement clos. De nombreux jeux sont prévus sur place pour les enfants (fléchettes, baby-foot, table de ping-pong, multitude d'accessoires pour la piscine) sans oublier les hamacs et autres commodités extérieures. La piscine est très agréable et parée d'un jacuzzi. Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel pour 2 à 3 personnes. La communication avec Paola est très simple. Un guide des environs et ses nombreuses recommandations facilitent les premiers pas dans la région. Une vraie et belle expérience touristique. Merci mille fois.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Appartamento molto grande e con spazi ben suddivisi. Completa di ogni comfort e con una vista spettacolare. La tranquillità regna sovrana. Federica è stata molto disponibile e sempre reattiva. L’appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Verucchio, purtroppo manca un marciapiede per arrivare in centro, ma in 1 minuto di auto è possibile raggiungere i parcheggi del centro. La posizione è strategica per visitare anche San Marino e Rimini. Lo consiglio vivamente

Casa nuovissima, offre ogni tipo di comfort e servizio! A 2 minuti in macchina dal mare, veramente una splendida casa in una zona molto tranquilla. Alex ci è venuto incontro con l’orario del check in in quanto avevamo un bimbo piccolo e avevamo bisogno di entrare prima nell’alloggio, non è da tutti! Se si potesse darei 10 stelle! Grazie ancora!

Pernotto di una notte per un matrimonio lì vicino. Appartamento spettacolare, pulitissimo, nuovo e impeccabile sia come finiture che come attrezzature. Quando siamo arrivati l’aria condizionata era già accesa e nonostante i 35 gradi fuori abbiamo dormito benissimo. Borgo silenzioso, posto auto all’ombra sotto gli alberi di fronte all’appartamento, mio figlio entusiasta nello stare ad osservare le rondini sotto la tettoia. Roxana gentilissima e super disponibile, dovessimo capitare ancora in zona torneremo al 100%!

Maison très sympathique. Les pièces sont grandes et très agréables à vivre. Un espace bien pratique au rdc qui nous a permis de ranger des vélos en toute sécurité . A 2 pas des thermes … merci à sylvia pour sa réactivité à nos demandes . Franchement un excellent rapport qualité prix . 😊

Neat, clean, well-ordered flat. Perfectly situated, a few minutes walk from the station, but in the heart Ravenna, and within walking distance of all the historical sights of the town. Stefano was most helpful. He met me in the street below the apartment (showing more faith in the trains than I had) and was very flexible about leaving times on the day of my departure.

This was such a great location! Lots of great places to shop and eat and not far to everything! It wasn’t super hot, but the ac and fans made sleeping so comfortable. Just loved it!
