It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

We invite you to year-round wooden cottages located in the heart of the Kłodzko Land, near the Śnieżnik Massif and Międzygórze. Each cottage offers a cozy living room with a kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. They are also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Netflix for evening entertainment. Outside, there are sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue and a fire pit. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, both for the active and those seeking respite in nature.

We offer you a fully equipped cottage with six beds along with adjacent areas in Pisary in the municipality of Międzylesie in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a kitchen, bathroom and living room with dining area. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. Near the cottage there is a marked place for a bonfire, a playground for children and a jacuzzi at no extra charge. About 300 m from the property there is a pond where you can fish. The cottage is situated in a quiet natural area, right next to the cottage is a stream and a forest. It is ideal for visitors looking for an escape from busy city life. The signal of mobile operators is limited here (only O2 is available). The driveway is natural, rocky, we recommend driving slowly.

The Studio Apartment is an independent, two-storey space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will accommodate a family, a group of friends, two couples, or even two families.
