Second time staying here, and we loved it. The view is amazing, and the apartment is nice, and comfortable. The location is perfect, and a nice walking distance to great restaurants and the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we were looking for. A place away from the chaos of the city, but close to the sea. Tidy home equipped with everything presented in the descriptions. Ana proved to be more than active in meeting our requests and providing us with useful advice.

The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well maintained and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to arrive at a place like this. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. The TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ without any problems), and the sound systems are of very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a welcoming vibe. The condominium works impeccably, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a practical restaurant. Some details to consider: parking is somewhat tight (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). On weekends there are more people, but the use control in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I'd like to highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful place.

Jorge's Dept. is as described. It is small but functional enough for 4 people (we were 4 women (my adult nieces and my cousin). We had a quiet and family weekend. Jorge was quick to respond to my inquiries.

I really liked the little house, ideal for sharing with friends or family. Accessible to everything and you are close by several venues and shops. Claudia is super attentive to any questions and the directions on how to use everything in the super Claro casita. I liked to have the independence in key since it can be lost and the house is for several people. Excellent everything

My family and I had a very nice time, everything was just like the photos. We would have liked the pool water to be tempered by the children but still we put 100 points in cleanliness, order and communication. Not wanting to go out to the beach we had, we had everything we needed to have a good time. We would definitely come back.

The property had everything needed to make our two-day stay enjoyable, the best part of the location. Jennifer was very accessible in allowing us to enter before the designated time and enjoy the pool and other facilities around including the beach, I definitely recommend it.

A beach house with everything for a pleasant stay, each area of the house has everything, very neat and impeccable, very separate from the fact that it has a beautiful decoration that stands out from the other houses, what can I say about Roberto, a beautiful person, very attentive, available to help with whatever you need, and always attentive to everything, providing the amenities, I would absolutely come back.

The house is impeccable, fully equipped kitchen and rooms, located in a good area close to restaurants and close to the beach, you can walk there easily, it has parking for one vehicle but outside the house there is space for up to 3 more cars and with total security. Jackeline is very attentive and helpful, good communication from day 1, the house is just as the images, well ventilated and accurate for the 8 people plus pet that we were, we had an excellent weekend, we will definitely be back.

The apartment is cozy, all tidy and clean. Only the coffee pot and the bulkheads should be fixed. The sea exit at night is dark the way. Hence everything is very helpful from the security that works to the owner.

We were delighted with the Milagros duplex! Very well distributed and with everything you need to make our stay a pleasant one. Perfect for spending a few days with the family. Beautiful ocean view and easy access to the beach. The internet connection is good, ideal for remote work. It's a bonus to be able to bring our pets. Milagros is very nice and always helpful. It gave us all the information we needed. We'll definitely be back!

A very nice view, the beach is small and gets crowded quickly, but you can find a spot. The beach is ideal for swimming and children.

The apartment has a very good view, it is also well equipped and organized, Barbara was always ready to help us. It was a very good stay.

The vistas through all the tall glass doors are fantastic. The floorplan is open, allowing a nice breeze. The kitchen is well equipped. Potable water was provided. There was plenty of toilet paper. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the bay. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I'm so glad you chose this place. If you walk a little, you have a mini market and you can also find motorcycle taxis there. Uber arrives very well, but you must enter through the entrance of San Bartolo, since the one that leads directly to the condominium closes at 7pm. A wide variety of beaches nearby and easy to get to! Delicious food in Punta Hermosa and half an hour from Puerto Viejo!

Good location with an excellent view , everything was as shown in the photos and description. I would recommend it to couples and groups of friends. We went with a baby and a child under 2 years old and we would have preferred that there is a common area inside the house ( the dining room and room are outdoors as seen in the photos ) by the afternoon/evening wind, but that I don't think it's a problem if you get huddled or go in summer .
