Few words reflect how good our stay at Iris D'Arga was. João and Astrid are lovely hosts who make you feel at home from the start. The house is beautiful and well decorated and equipped, even inspiring. The pool is great for spending great summer afternoons. And Serra D'Arga is magnificent. For those who like trails, biking, waterfalls, fauna, etc., I recommend it 200%. If you don't like any of that, the recommendation is the same because there is no shortage of things to do around Covas. In short, super recommended and we still came away with a great memory of wood from such a wise workshop with João.

We enjoyed our one month stay at Box House very much. João was friendly and helpful, offered local recommendations, and also brought us beautiful oranges and lemons from his garden. The home is beautiful and chic, but more than that, it is well equipped and we had everything we needed to feel comfortable, cook our meals, clean and do laundry.

With the help of GPS, we were able to easily reach Cabração's house, where we were greeted by a super nice and very kind lady. Luckily, she was able to communicate with us, as we are a deaf family group with children. The house was cozy, clean and with a wonderful view. We loved it, and so did our dogs! It was two excellent days. It is a calm and quiet place, ideal for those who appreciate tranquility. I highly recommend it!
