The Dartmoor, one of three gites situated in a small hamlet but within 2km of the charming village of Moncoutant. Stables at the side mean you can say hello to the horses and donkey! The 3* accommodation comprises a spacious living area with a well equipped corner kitchen including fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Upstairs there are two attic bedrooms, one double, one twin with lots of storage space. Please note the shower room is situated downstairs.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Maison Rochoux is set on the banks of the Argenton river and offers complete peace and tranquility the moment you turn down the private tree lined driveway. Just follow the river for 300 meters and arrive at the 15thC Gite, set in 12 acres of gardens and orchards, with amazing river views. Direct access to Lac de La Vouraie 35 minutes from Puy du Fou 45 minutes from the Vendée beaches Recreation center 10 minutes away Numerous hiking, cycling and equestrian trails and circuits.

Accommodation in a peaceful setting, ideally located because PUY DU FOU is a 20-minute walk away via footpaths, and close to the village of Epesses. Maximum capacity of 6 people thanks to its two bedrooms with double bed and the sofa bed in the living room. Beautiful outdoor space. Private parking next to the accommodation. Bed linen and towels not provided but rental possible at 10 euros per person (1 pair of sheets + 1 large and small towel). Pets not allowed.

Large living rooms (living room 40 m2, kitchen-dining room 30 m2), 2 master bedrooms with shower rooms, 2 children's/teenager's bedrooms with 3 beds per bedroom and 1 large bathroom. The property is located on a 1000 m2 enclosed plot, itself surrounded by a 7000 m2 wooded plot. Private parking for up to 3 cars. Outdoor pool 4 m by 8 m. Sheets, towels for rent not included.
