Heavenside Cottage is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The garden is expansive and beautifully maintained. It is a very comfortable stay and has a very personal feel. Greyton is a charming village that is walkable from the cottage. The cottage is literally 100m from the nature reserve entrance that has a range of hikes available, as a hiking family we did two hikes that ranged from 2hours to 6hours and there was still plenty unexplored. A definite stay for outdoor enthusiasts. A cherry in the top was that we timed our visit with a craft beer fest that was a blast.

We stayed in the cottage with our two little children and loved it. You won't potentially find a better place with this view in Nordhoek. Great location within Nordhoek with regards to restaurants and day to day needs, plus a good starting point for trips. Martin and Rebecca were great hosts. Our son loved playing with their dog and we enjoyed using the pool. Every issue we had was handled as soon as possible. I can fully recommend staying here.

Unique, special, personal secluded place. For whatever reason the "directions" button took me to 3 incorrect locations. I only found it b/c Joel described his gate and I took a chance, it worked. The place feels hand built with love. Be aware that many things are out of the ordinary, lots of rock steps and uneven walkways. It's the kind of place I really love and I hope you will too. They went above and beyond to help me on a stay that ended up only being a few hours long. Really wanted to stay a month and soak it in.

We absolutely loved our long-weekend in this beautiful, comfortable cottage. It felt 100% like "home" with all the little comforts - there was not a single thing we could have needed that was not there. The kitchen was a dream to work in and we very much appreciated the lovely quality wine glasses, crockery, cutlery and sharp knives! We played Scrabble at the beautiful big dining table in the kitchen and we were lucky to be able to eat dinner outside on the verandah every evening. I loved the outdoor shower too! Definitely a weekend for the memory bank! Many thanks for sharing your wonderful space, Wesley.
