The apartment was perfect. First of all it was super clean and as advertised, large enough for a couple. What’s important is that even though it is on one of Madrid’s busiest street it is super quiet, not a single noise from the street… and then once outside you’re at walking / bus / subway distance from anything Madrid has to offer! Really the best deal around.

La nostra esperienza con Fer è stata davvero ottima. L’appartamento è confortevole ed estremamente comodo per visitare la città. Lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito e conforme alle foto (dispone anche di tè/caffe e utensili per cucinare in autonomia). Inoltre Fer è davvero un’host impeccabile: puntuale, cordiale ed efficiente. Ci ha fornito info su come raggiungere l’appartamento ed è stato sempre disponibile per tutto il soggiorno. Davvero consigliatissimo!

Our family of two adults and a teen girl loved Mariana’s apartment. It was the perfect size for our family. The apartment is much nicer in person than the photos show, which is saying a lot! It is tastefully decorated and did not seem cheap or neglected. The location was perfect for us as we wanted quiet with good access to the metro and buses. The neighborhood was also full of markets, shops, and great restaurants within close walking distance. If you are looking for a lively bar scene, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for upscale and convenient then look no further.

Wir haben uns bei Rosario unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt und so die genaue Wegbeschreibung erhalten: mit der Metro in Madrid überhaupt kein Problem!!! Die Lage ist angenehm und ruhig. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe garantieren eine Versorgung mit allem. Das Haus selbst ist WUNDERVOLL!!! Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war perfekt ausgestattet! Vom Duschgel über Bodylotion und Zahnpasta (und -bürsten), eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit ALLEM, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung Getränke, Butter, Marmelade, Milch, Schinken (im Kühlschrank) und Küchlein und Gebäck (inkl. jede Menge Kaffeekapseln); Gewürze, Oliven, Thunfisch … ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen! Ausflugstipps und eine Kurzanleitung für alle Geräte im Haus sowie ein Plan der Metro! Alles da! Der Kontakt bei Fragen war immer blitzschnell und super sympathisch! Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Ruhige Lage, 4 Minuten von der nächsten Metro entfernt, mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (für Esswaren) in der Nähe und sogar ein Kaffee gleich nebenan. Sehr sauber und genau so wie auf den Fotos. Allerdings war uns vorher nicht bewusst, dass die Wohnung quasi aus 2 Wohnungen (mit separatem Schlüssel) besteht, mit je einem Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Sofa+TV, wobei die mit dem Doppelbett dann zusätzlich noch eine Küche und einen Esstisch hat. Die beiden älteren Kinder (= Teenies) fanden das jedoch perfekt :-) Die Kommunikation mit der Co-Gastgeberin war unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung.

I rented this room for my daughter for 3 nights. Great hosts, very kind and responsive! The room and bathroom were very comfortable and super clean. They were very sweet and comprehensive, when I asked for dietary restrictions, they offered a nice breakfast. Very good price-quality in a lively neighbourhood close to Lavapiés metro and bars/restaurants. I would definitely recommend! Thanks a lot for your careful hospitality, Edgar and Aureo!

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.
