Staff went above and beyond to help us with all our questions, arrange reservations, transportation and find entertainment like music venues and dance, and get us oriented to being in Cuba. This made all the difference to our trip.

El apartamento estaba en un estado genial y fiel a las fotos. Nuestra estancia ha sido genial y es la mejor casa en la que nos hemos alojado durante el viaje por cuba, incluso mejor que Meliá varadero. Muy recomendable y la anfitriona Marta siempre ha estado pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos y a gusto.

My group and I loved staying here. The hosts were very accommodating, friendly and happy to help with all of our requests. Breakfast was a perfect way to start our days too. Would definitely stay here again.

I spent two days here with Berni, he is really helpful. And the accommodation is good, clean, well equipped with everything you needed.

We enjoyed our stay and exploring the surrounding area. There were good restaurants in walking distance and Yaima and Delhia were helpful and friendly. Yaima shopped for us and helped us with laundry. She did a great job cleaning! We really enjoyed her! The front porch was a favorite spot to hang out , enjoy coffee, relax and visit! Mirey was very responsive when there was anything needed!

This was our second year staying at Villababy and we are already making plans to return! The team at the house (Yaquelin, Laura and Mariano) strike a magical balance of bring totally invisible and discrete until you need them and they are right at hand. The house is great with many private nooks (even bigger than it appears) for variety or if parts of your group need their own space. A week was not enough time to try all of the restaurants within walking distance-- and Vedado, Centro and Habana Vieja are all within 10-20 minutes by affordable taxi too. In the middle of the diplomatic neighborhood, you will feel incredible safe and secure day and night. This trip several of our party were knocked down for a couple days by a stomach bug and we couldn't have felt more cared for. They made us a traditional Cuban recipe (malanga, banana and rice puree) to settle our stomachs, and offered to make as a special lunch also. This kind of special treatment cannot be beat nor understated.

great terrace in Centro Havana, private & clean, the only drawback is the staircase without a lift, however worth the climb in this case as it's not too loud upstairs & beautiful terrace with views of Havana, great & very helpful/ accommodating host, will surely return on my next visit, kitchen a bit small but had enough pots & plates & fridge, so was very happy with our stay overall, also Yanet provided lots of local recommendations & let us leave the bags till late pm on the last day as well as use her freezer at some point, so couldn't ask for more!

Excelente servicio, ubicación y anfitrión. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí. Siempre atentos desde nuestra llegada al aeropuerto viva Cuba y su gente!!

Pasamos 5 días maravillosos en La Habana y el apartamento de Rolando fue el lugar perfecto para nuestra estancia. Su ubicación en el centro de La Habana Vieja es ideal, ¡todo está cerca! El apartamento es limpio, cómodo y bien equipado, con aire acondicionado en ambas habitaciones, baños privados, y todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, como una cafetera y un secador de pelo. Rolando fue un anfitrión excepcional. Desde que llegamos, estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros, dándonos recomendaciones sobre lugares para visitar y ayudándonos con algunos trámites como el cambio de divisas. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con las llaves, pero Rolando lo resolvió de inmediato, demostrando su compromiso con la comodidad de los huéspedes. La señora Mara también fue increíble, manteniendo el lugar impecable y siendo muy amable con nosotros en todo momento. Recomendamos este apartamento sin duda alguna, ¡y estamos seguros de que volveremos!

Affordable stay in local vecinity. A true experience of Cuba. The host is super friendly and very helpful. Simple but good experience. Great a couple of days.

Buen lugar para descansar y estar tranquilo, cerca de sitios interesantes, justo lo que necesité

We chose this place for the central location in Old Havana and the elevator for my parents and it was great! The air conditioning was amazing after long days of walking around Old Havana. There were tons of restaurants nearby. A lot of the buildings in this area are rundown and there is much poverty and people asking for regalitos (little gifts), but we felt safe walking the neighborhood even late at night. We were disappointed that the daily breakfast was not available during our stay and so we didn’t have that daily contact with a trusted local to help us arrange trips outside of walking distance and to make sure we had enough data on our hotspot. When Hugo realized we were out, he would offer more, but sometimes it took a day. Luckily we met Ernesto Cuba, the tour guide at the Hotel Ambos Mundos (where Hemingway lived). He helped us arrange everything we wanted to do and change money. Americans, bring lots of untorn small bills and arrange for enough data for the whole stay

Margarita's house is one of the most beautiful homes I've stayed in. The pictures don't actually do it justice. The back yard is very large and lush, full of fruit trees and song birds. The pool was a great place to spend the afternoon. The home has everything you might need. Margarita was very quick to answer any questions that we had. Niurka and Nieve, the sisters who cook breakfast and clean up, are so wonderful. We are gluten free and our daughter is also vegetarian. They provided great breakfasts full of fruit, cheese and eggs any way you want them. They could not, obviously, provide gluten free bread. However, we brought our own pancake mix and they became experts very quickly. We also asked them to prepare us some meals, which were delicious. The cost is similar to what you'd pay in a restaurant, but we had so much that we had leftovers for the next evening (and then some). A great chance to have some tasty Cuban cuisine. The house is in a small neighbourhood right across from the fortifications. If you want to get over to the other side of the harbour, you'll need a taxi (about 10 cuc). It's very peaceful. I really can't say enough about this place!

We had an excellent stay. The house is amazing with numerous, big bedrooms. And the upstairs open-air veranda was a great place to spend our time, especially during the afternoon thunderstorms. The two housekeepers and security guards were extremely helpful, arranging taxis and other activities. They took good care of us! All in all, it was an amazing trip.

Le logement d'Ivis à Havana Central est idéalement situé, permettant un accès facile à pied à de nombreux sites stratégiques de la ville. Spacieux et étonnamment calme pour un appartement en plein centre, il offre un confort appréciable. Ivis et sa famille sont des hôtes chaleureux et attentionnés. L’un des atouts majeurs de ce logement est sa grande terrasse, agrémentée d’une petite piscine, un véritable plaisir au cœur de La Havane. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

La casa es tal como se ve en el anuncio. Una cama comoda, cocina equipada, agua caliente y muy buena presión.Está llena de detalles, cuidada, y con una terraza preciosa en dónde pasar la tarde noche. Al atardecer visita la terraza un colibrí. Por otro lado, tanto Dulce como Marcelo, son unos anfitriones excepcionales, correctos y muy amables. Gracias por todo, desde el pan al checkout.

Maravillosa estancia en una casa preciosa de arquitectura americana estilo años 50, renovada y bien mantenida, con todas las comodidades necesarias para hacer nuestra estancia agradable. El jardín es una belleza, y la terraza que da al mismo es perfecta para relajarse por la mañana tomando un café. Pequeña piscina privada con una iluminación nocturna muy bonita. Internet disponible desde 2 puntos WiFi que abarcan la casa completa. Desayunos totalmente recomendados, no sólo por la cantidad y la calidad, que es excepcional, sino también porque son preparados por Ana Ibis y Teresa con todo el cariño del mundo, cosa que como familia agradecimos mucho. Los dueños de la casa siempre disponibles para resolver cualquier mínimo problema que pudiera surgir durante la estancia. En general, incluso con las altas expectativas que ya teníamos por los comentarios, la experiencia ha sido inmejorable, y si volvemos a La Habana sin duda nos quedaremos aquí de nuevo. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!
