Designed around a contemporary interpretation of colonial architecture, the 5m-high open space features mezzanine levels stretching from one side of the apt to the other, and large rooftop terraces with dining/lounging areas offering breathtaking views of Havana.

It's a large, independent apartment. With a bedroom with two beds, (one large and one smaller), air conditioning, safe, clothes hangers and TV. A bathroom with hot and cold water; a kitchen equipped with everything for food preparation (a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, gas stove, refrigerator), a small folding table and three stools for eating, and use of the washing machine. A common terrace surrounded by plants with armchairs, table and chairs and a beautiful garden.
