Maximum availability and flexibility, great accommodation, I have already recommended it to all my closest friends! I will definitely be back. A stone's throw from the main artery "calle Linea" and Havana Libre, where you can find transportation to get to any area of Havana. Quiet area. Yani, who will welcome you on arrival, in my opinion, is the added value of this accommodation, always with a smile and is always available for any need and the host is an exquisite, affable and kind person with very quick answers for any solution. Highly recommended.

Ricardo was super helpful and friendly. very responsive to any questions I had and made everything very easy. AC in the main bedroom worked well. Having fridge sticked with cold drinks for a price ($1 each) was very convenient when I didn't feel like walking around the corner (where they are sold more for between 65-90 cents). I would definitely stay at Ricardo's place again if I visit Havana again. Thanks Ricardo!

Didn’t expect the experience to be like this. The value you get for what you pay is surreal. The house is located right beside the beach. From how the room is, with it’s facilities and the place where you can sit in the garden. The host treats he’s guests like family. From the moment i arrived to guanabo I was recieved. Showed the way to the place. The host made sure that I had everything i needed and if I had any questions about the area, what a person can do for activities. I will definetly return. Because of the high value for the money. How relaxing the stay is and the area in general. When the sun is shining you get the feeling that you are home and you just want to stay. If you can’t relate to what I’m talking then you need to come and experience. Thank you Alberto for having me and taking great care of me! 🤝🏼

the location is very good, you can keep this apartment closed, someone who is very positive about the new air and the old air, who is very positive, trying to help you with everything.

Definitly enjoyed the privacy of a completley self contained apt. One power disruption which is typical but one night out of 7 was fine and only a few hrs. Great balcony, patio, and beautiful rooftop area, a couple issues with water, but was resolved,, really enjoyed the neighborhood and folks as neighbors. Would surely return to this rental in future. Apartment on a common use esplanade with a view and direct access to the beach. Loly and Luis were attentive to any needs we had and shared their beautiful apartment for internet access or simply to enjoy a coffee and a beautiful view. Very useful recommendations.

The area is excellent, if you can have access to a bike, the walk along 5th Avenue is highly recommended. You have all the malecon to tour it and very close to there is the Fabrica de Arte, contemporary expression of Cuban art, music, painting, photography, etc. Estrella is in charge of managing the accommodation and thanks to her name, she is also a theater actress and the recommendations of the theatrical activity are those of a person in the guild. Enjoy staging at the Trianon Theatre and Revueltas Theatre in Linea a lot. Highly recommend and I definitely plan to be back. Flexibility at check-in and check-out, good refreshments and first-class personalized attention; I enter the whim of going to the beach with my own umbrella and Estrella got it; in a Havana where it is very difficult to get a lot of things, if not too far in advance. My experience was very good and I'm coming back to this place.

It's a high floor without a lift, I got scared at the beginning but then I fell in love with the place. Centrally located and with incredible peace.

The stay was fantastic, Tania is a 10 host from the first moment. The site is a paradise, tranquility, good food and spectacular attention from the whole team. When we get back to Habana we repeat for sure!

Simply spectacular! Wow! The pictures don’t do this place justice. As soon as you walk in you are overtaken by the size- it’s huge! At some moments it feels like you’re in a labyrinth and in disbelief that, “wait, there’s more?” This house is a historic structure that has carefully and pristinely maintained. The level of cleanliness and comfort have exceeded 98% of the Airbnbs (and yes, in the US) that we have stayed in (and we have stayed in really nice places). I failed to ask where the mattresses are from, but they feel as if they were intended for royalty. The decor, furniture, flooring, ceiling… everything is perfect. This could easily serve and be described as a mini museum that you get to sleep in. Cary and Felix are exceptional hosts. From the beginning, communication was constant, answered all questions we had almost instantly. As soon as we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, making us feel like family. Words are not enough to express our gratitude for the experience we had in this beautiful apartment! The apartment itself gorgeous, very spacious and extremely well decorated. We loved every detail! There were terraces and views in every direction! Breakfast on the terrace upstairs every morning was delicious and stunning! And pool was wonderful for our tired bodies and feet that danced all day and night. And July, our host was absolutely the best!!!! He was so sweet, helpful and accommodating!! We will be back for sure!!

One of the best airbnb's we ever had! Perfect location, nice restaurants and shops closeby and very close to the centre of Havana. The appartment is perfect, lots of space, great wifi, big kitchen with espresso machine! The best is the rooftop with different terraces where you can relax in the jacuzzi and sit comfortable during day and night with a drink and nice view of the sea and the city! Yoanne and Azaray are the best, they are always available for help and tips. We will come back for sure!

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!
