I’ve stayed at a number of great Airbnb’s, but this was so much more. My trip almost didn’t happen because my husband had to cancel, but I decided to take the plunge and travel solo to Cuba for my first time. From the moment I arrived at Orlando’s place, I knew I made the right decision. Lis is an incredible human. So caring, gracious, and welcoming. She took amazing care of me, and it made all of the difference. She was an excellent communicator even before I arrived, but during my stay, I had absolutely no worries because of her. The place is beautiful! So close to the lovely plaza and yet so quiet and private. Lis handled so much for me…exchanging money, organizing a driver (who was also amazing!) and offering many suggestions about how to navigate my trip — especially because I was on my own. Every person I met through Lis was completely lovely. I will never forget my trip to Havana and my stay at Orlando’s. I will miss Lis. Don’t miss the opportunity to stay at this magical place!

We had a great experience at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly helpful—arranging our airport pickup and drop-off, and personally meeting us at the apartment to give us a tour and share all the info we needed for a smooth stay. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and is in a perfect location in Old Havana. There were plenty of restaurants and historic spots to explore all within walking distance. We felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Havana!

It was the second accommodation we stayed at with Janhna and we were very happy with the choice. In a strategic location, close to tourist attractions, next to a beautiful boardwalk with great restaurants, one of them being Antojos with an incredible terrace to have drinks at sunset. Janhna's house is complete and very spacious. He left bed linens in the 2 bedrooms, towels, equipped kitchen and very comfortable. I have no doubt that I would stay again your home and 100% recommended for those looking to be well located. I couldn't help but congratulate your 2 employees who leave the house impeccable and do the check-in. They were wonderful.

Although the art is not to my taste (super dark: dismembered crucifix on black feathers, eyeballs glued to the bathroom wall with dismembered baby dolls, cat man on a couch, weird African masks and figurines inside metal wrought iron cage, etc) , the space was convenient and very clean. Yari was amazing and made an awesome breakfast every day. The WiFi was fast (for Cuba) and the location is convenient. The downside is being directly on plaza vieja, you are subject to random noise in the square. Saturday night there was a group with really loud blaring music until 3:30am, then a drunk group of 7-8 young people at the fountain singing until 5:30am. Just like any major city square, it has its pluses and minuses.

Not only did our host greet us personally and ensure we were set up and comfortable, but he also provided us with useful resources on a variety of things. He was able to help us exchange money in an easy manner, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, taxis, and always responded to messages in a timely manner. Thank you for a memorable stay!

My family and I loved staying at Alessandro’s place. The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away, making it super convenient to explore the area. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the pictures—beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were outstanding—super attentive, helpful, and incredibly responsive to any questions or requests. I would highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back!

It was a bit difficult to find the location, but once we did, we enjoyed everything about it. It was located within walking distance of many major attractions as well as a café directly across the street. The neighborhood was lively, but the lodging was quiet, dark, and well air conditioned. We did have trouble with the Wi-Fi, which is not unusual for Havana.

The Casa Lourdes apartment is located in one of the best areas of Havana, El Vedado, allowing you to go to restaurants, tourist visits and entertainment venues near the apartment. The accommodation is the same as the photos, two spacious bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, all maximum cleanliness, nice decor, comfortable and convenient. Independent apartment. The host is very friendly and courteous. 100% recommended, I will definitely go back.

This is one our favorite places to stay in the entire world! We feel like family here. Allan and Natalia are fantastic hosts, with restaurant recommendations, personal followup with any questions that may come up, and they make sure your stay is the best it can be. We also got to see the cleaning service in action when we said that they could go ahead and come in for a scheduled cleaning before we went out for the day. No wonder the place always looks clean...it is clean! We watched as the cleaner wiped every surface on the kitchen cabinet doors, even. And everthing in the entire apartment was sanitized to exacting standards. We were impressed! Don't book any other place in Havana. This is home!

First, Milena was communicative on the front end to offer a ride from the airport, and even when I reached out about the brief power outage in the city. There was a wonderful auxiliary host, Kenia, who met me outside when I arrived and had a neighbor bring up my bags. This part is important because the neighbor was a familiar face that I saw most times I left and returned to the building ( little things help people feel secure in an unfamiliar place). The apartment was as described, and the photos don't do it justice (it feels even cooler than it looks!). Cool refreshments ready in the fridge, A/C worked *very* well 🥶and the windows helped to let in fresh air. If the streets had dim lighting, I could count on the overhead light that would be on outside of the apartment. Bed was comfy and Wi-Fi was as fast as any premier establishment in the city. The noise described in other reviews is a comment on the city, not the apt. Neighborhood was safe. Will definitely rent again upon return!

We had a lovely stay at Nael’s home! Our time in Havana was made so much more memorable by the amazing service and kindness we received during our entire stay as well as in the planning process. Nael went out of his way to help with our planning and reservation making. The unit is in great condition considering the surrounding area, right in the heart of bustling Havana Vieja. Check is was easy even though we were not able to use cellular data and Nael and his staff were waiting for us on arrival. We had delicious drinks and breakfasts on the rooftop and our rooms were cleaned each day with great care! Wifi was available as well as drinks that were restocked daily. We had the best time all thanks to Nael and the rest of the staff!

We enjoyed our stay and exploring the surrounding area. There were good restaurants in walking distance and Yaima and Delhia were helpful and friendly. Yaima shopped for us and helped us with laundry. She did a great job cleaning! We really enjoyed her! The front porch was a favorite spot to hang out , enjoy coffee, relax and visit! Mirey was very responsive when there was anything needed!

Very pleased to have stayed with Yurguen from start to finish. He took care of every need or request we had. He picked us up at the airport. He is very helpful, responsible, honest, and friendly. He made us feel at home with every detail he had. Super recommended. He always gave us a hand in every situation, for example, we had a personal problem, something external with the Airbnb and he supported us a lot to solve it, he became our friend. The apartment is very nice, quite contemporary, water and gas were never a problem, with an air conditioner that works quite well, it has a glass table that's comfortable for reading or studying, a balcony to go out and have a nice cup of coffee and a very comfortable bed, definitely my best decision.

Our stay was wonderful, the staff is friendly and very helpful in many ways. Any concerns about where to go or calling for taxis the employees provided those connections without fail. The main caretaker Alain speaks good English and that as a person that speaks terrible Spanish was very helpful for me. I definitely recommend this apartment and it’s decorated with beautiful paintings and other classic art figurines.

Maribel’s place was amazing. Is Avery vintage house with super high ceilings. Great location and walkable distance to fine dining and area shopping. Would definitely recommend.

I can't find the words to describe how WONDERFUL my stay with Hope was. I will 💕 definitely return. The location is perfect to visit many things walking, their recommendations were the best, their indescribable warmth, the safety of the house is very good, the breakfast super delicious, I recommend yes or IF their rooms for rent. Spacious and surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the heart of the city, it offers appreciable comfort. Ivis and her family are warm and thoughtful hosts. One of the major assets of this accommodation is its large terrace, with a small swimming pool, a real pleasure in the heart of Havana. We recommend it without hesitation.

We returned to Yeneir’s house after visiting 7 years ago and it was just as perfect this time. The house is lovely and the neighbourhood is so beautiful, peaceful, safe and friendly with several great restaurants nearby. Gretel was an amazing host who took care of our every need in such a friendly, competent manner. We can’t recommend this wonderful home more highly! If you want to experience Havana, choose this place to stay.

Great airbnb! I am in Cuba for the 2nd time and old Airbnb's that I've had can't compare to this one. Also easy to order taxi - just say "Prado y Colon" ;) Pretty central location. Sheets were spotless and smelled really well. Good higiene! Bathrooms with windows and quite comfortable too. Obispo street is 2 mins away on foot. I recommend and would even return. Tip for newcomers: Always get host's Whatsap in advance and get good tips for around town. Enma and Olga were very friendly hosts! Thanks ^_^ NB: Just the steps ;) Too hard to climb after 2-3 Bucanero's! hehe :)
