Vacation rentals with a patio in Havana

Cecilia and her mother Teresa are amazing! It’s like you are at home and they make you feel very welcome from the first minute. As you don’t know anything when arriving, they give you very important information to understand how things are working in Havana. Ask them anything and they will find the way for you! Very friendly and responsive, always with a smile and happy to explain you everything. Words cannot describe how nice these ladies are! The apartment is well furnished and modern, it’s in a quiet road and it is easy to find. Very clean, it has everything you need and also has a laundry if you need to wash your clothes. The location is just great! You can go by foot everywhere around and you are just in the heart of old Habana and the attractions. I totally recommend this place!! You will not regret it 😉

Best Airbnb stay I’ve had. The property is beautiful and has every little thing you need to be comfortable during your stay in Havana. The hosts are extremely responsive and genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of their guests. Johan and Daniela make this Airbnb experience incredibly unique, and you’ll have a hard time finding a more attentive team anywhere in the world.

I had a great experience in this apartment. A fully equipped accommodation just for me, with great value compared to other accommodations in the area. Super central, two blocks from the Capitol and the Gran Teatro de La Habana. Right on the border between Old Havana and Downtown Havana, close to everything you can visit in this city. Very smooth communication from the start. Jose Leonel sends you messages before check-in, during and before check-out so that you are informed at all times of how to access the apartment, the rules and everything you need to know. As well as Haymee, who is the one who assists you directly in the apartment, gives you keys, cleans and changes sheets and towels. Both have been extremely attentive and diligent at all times. It has air conditioning, hot water, a kitchen with a microwave, a gas stove, a large refrigerator, dishes and kitchen utensils, a coffee maker… everything for you to cook! Thank you for everything

We had an excellent stay in Havana! Ray (the house host) was very helpful with money exchange, taxis, and other things we needed. Would def recommend this house!

Best location , close to everything , really beautiful apartment , great host and super helpful , speaks great English , I will definitely come back . Has water and beer in the refrigerator as well , so it’s no need to go a buy for same prices as the stores . Over all very good experience .

The house is in a perfect location for visiting the city, the apartment is as clean as the photos and with everything you need. Yusi is a great Host and helped and directed us on everything that can be used for a perfect vacation in Habana. Highly recommended!!!

We, 61 and 68 from Germany, were unfortunately only 3 nights in this beautiful junior studio "Mambo". We had booked a taxi transfer, which worked out very well and when we arrived at the accommodation, the very friendly employee Luis personally greeted us, put the luggage in the elevator and brought it to our apartment. At first, we were concerned about the frequent power outages currently in Cuba. This actually happened twice for a short time. Luckily, we weren't in the elevator. But the staff are also prepared for that. They take care of it and crank up the elevator cabin by hand if necessary, so you can get out. Everything was explained to us, and we were also introduced to the two pugs "Mambo" and "Rumba," who are often found on the very nice terrace. Luis and his colleague Alejandro were very helpful and served breakfast and snacks from the small bar. We enjoyed the tranquility and the great view of Terra

Great apartment, fully equipped, with large beds, private bathrooms and air-conditioning. Everything is very clean and organized. It is in the heart of Old Havana and you can visit several attractions on foot. A special mention to Rosy, an excellent host!! Rosy did everything for us: a delicious breakfast, good tips for tours, restaurants and bars. In addition to helping us with all transportation, from the airport, tours and for our visit to Varadero. Rosy also helped us by exchanging money, which would be very uncomfortable to do on the street. She's fantastic! A real Cuban mother.

Julio was the kindest person ever! So communicative, helpful, responsive, and anytime I needed anything he showed up. He made reservations for me every single night. He recommended location after location. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was beautiful and that it was! I recommend him over and over again! His space was so artistic And all the interior designs made me happy. I genuinely feel like words can’t even explain how wonderful of a human he is! Please stay at his location you won’t regret it!

I've stayed in some amazing homes around the globe, but this one rises to the top. Havana has a permanent place in my heart; this is my 3rd time to Cuba. I fell in love with Carlos' place after reading his story & recognizing the passion that went into the renovation of the place. It is gorgeous. The pictures do it justice but it's even better in person. Janio supported us throughout our stay. He deserves an award because we ran into several issues (unrelated to the casa) that he did not cause, but he got us out of them anyway. Every idea or desire we had, he knew how to find it. And Gloria. Seriously. It's the place, but it's also the people that make this a magical experience. Gloria cooks the most amazing traditional Cuban foods in her gorgeous kitchen just steps from the property, and you leave with a happy stomach & the warmth of genuine love. The world needs more Glorias & Janios. I will return as many times as I can, and cannot wait to return to mi familia Cubana. Gracias!

Beautiful location in the middle of Old Havana. Jorge and his parents welcomed us and allowed us to enter the room earlier. They also kept our bags when we left so we could travel around the island lighter. I highly recommend it.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. It provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location couldn't be better—situated directly in front of El Malecón, it was perfect for leisurely strolls along the waterfront. There are countless great restaurants and attractions within walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring all the local culture and cuisine. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking rooftop terrace. The views from up there are simply stunning! It was the perfect spot to unwind with a drink while taking in the scenery. Despite being in a vibrant and busy area, the house felt like a peaceful oasis, allowing me to relax and recharge after a day of adventure. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone!!!

Nelson’s apartment is serenity and comfort wrapped into beauty. The building is solid and quiet and arriving “home” is like landing in a serene oasis. The attention is kind and very on point. It’s a wonderful home base.

I had a very comfortable and private stay in the apartment. The host was friendly and always attentive, with excellent communication.

Most definitely will be staying at this Airbnb again, the unit was very clean and the host was super friendly and accommodating.
