Vacation rentals with a patio in Havana

Cecilia and her mother Teresa are amazing! It’s like you are at home and they make you feel very welcome from the first minute. As you don’t know anything when arriving, they give you very important information to understand how things are working in Havana. Ask them anything and they will find the way for you! Very friendly and responsive, always with a smile and happy to explain you everything. Words cannot describe how nice these ladies are! The apartment is well furnished and modern, it’s in a quiet road and it is easy to find. Very clean, it has everything you need and also has a laundry if you need to wash your clothes. The location is just great! You can go by foot everywhere around and you are just in the heart of old Habana and the attractions. I totally recommend this place!! You will not regret it 😉

Best Airbnb stay I’ve had. The property is beautiful and has every little thing you need to be comfortable during your stay in Havana. The hosts are extremely responsive and genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of their guests. Johan and Daniela make this Airbnb experience incredibly unique, and you’ll have a hard time finding a more attentive team anywhere in the world.

He tenido una experiencia magnífica en este apartamento. Un alojamiento completamente equipado sólo Iara mi, con una relación calidad-precio en comparación con los alojamientos de la zona. Súper céntrico, a dos calles del Capitolio y el Gran Teatro de La Habana. Justo en el límite entre Habana Vieja y Centro Habana, cercano a todo lo que puede visitarte en esta ciudad. La comunicación muy fluida desde el principio. Jose Leonel te envía mensajes antes de la entrada, durante y antes de la salida para que estes informado en todo momento de cómo acceder al apartamento, las normas y todo lo que necesitas saber. Así como Haymee, que es quien te atiende directamente en el apartamento, te entrega llaves, limpia y cambia sábanas y toallas. Ambos han sido sumamente atentos y diligentes en todo momento. Tiene aire acondicionado, agua caliente, una cocina con microondas, cocina de gas, frigorífico grande, platos y utensilios de cocina, cafetera… de todo para que te cocines! Gracias por todo!

Pasamos unos días estupendos en casa de Lilly, el sitio es ideal para grandes grupos, facilitando zonas comunes en la terraza a la vez que aportando privacidad al ser pisos individuales en el mismo bloque. La casa es como en las fotos, un poco más grande siendo honestos y la ubicación es perfecta. Lilly y su equipo estuvieron super atentos en todo momento, incluso nos pilló el huracán allí y estuvieron atentos a si necesitábamos cualquier cosa o aportando teléfonos de emergencia y consejos. Repetiríamos sin duda!! muchísimas gracias por todo!

Best location , close to everything , really beautiful apartment , great host and super helpful , speaks great English , I will definitely come back . Has water and beer in the refrigerator as well , so it’s no need to go a buy for same prices as the stores . Over all very good experience .

Appartement parfait pour séjourner à La Havane, en plein centre. Yuselis est très sympathique et nous a bcp aide pour notre séjour. Elle nous a également donné des recommandations. L’appartement est très propre et aussi joli que sur les photos. Parfait pour un séjour à La Havane.

Wir, 61 und 68 aus Deutschland waren leider nur 3 Nächte in diesem schönen Junior Studio „Mambo“. Eir hatten einen Taxi-Transfer gebucht, das hat sehr gut geklappt und als wir an der Unterkunft ankamen, hat uns der sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter Luis persönlich begrüßt, das Gepäck in den Fahrstuhl verfrachtet und bis in unser Appartement gebracht. Wir hatten zuerst Bedenken wegen der derzeit auf Kuba häufigen Stromausfällen. Das passierte tatsächlich 2x für kurze Zeit. Da waren wir zum Glück nicht im Fahrstuhl. Aber auch darauf sind die Mitarbeiter vorbereitet. Die bekommen es mit und kurbeln die Liftkabine bei Bedarf per Hand hoch, so dass man aussteigen kann. Uns wurde alles erklärt, auch wurden wir mit den beiden Möpsen „Mambo“ und „Rumba“ bekannt gemacht, die man häufig auf der sehr schönen Terrasse antrifft. Luis und sein Kollege Alejandro waren sehr hilfsbereit und servierten das Frühstück und Kleinigkeiten aus der kleinen Bar. Wir genossen die Ruhe und den tollen Ausblick v. Terra

Casa Rosy este locul perfect pentru cei care vor să simtă atmosfera autentică a Havanei. A fost ca la mama acasă – curățenie impecabilă, camerele bine întreținute și o atmosferă caldă și primitoare. Situată în centrul istoric, locația este ideală, fiind la câțiva pași de baruri, restaurante și principalele atracții turistice. Gazdele sunt extrem de amabile și atente la nevoile oaspeților, oferind sfaturi utile despre ce să vizitezi și unde să mergi. Dacă vrei să experimentezi un sejur confortabil, autentic și aproape de inima Havanei, Casa Rosy este alegerea perfectă! Multumesc Rosy!!

Julio was the kindest person ever! So communicative, helpful, responsive, and anytime I needed anything he showed up. He made reservations for me every single night. He recommended location after location. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was beautiful and that it was! I recommend him over and over again! His space was so artistic And all the interior designs made me happy. I genuinely feel like words can’t even explain how wonderful of a human he is! Please stay at his location you won’t regret it!

I've stayed in some amazing homes around the globe, but this one rises to the top. Havana has a permanent place in my heart; this is my 3rd time to Cuba. I fell in love with Carlos' place after reading his story & recognizing the passion that went into the renovation of the place. It is gorgeous. The pictures do it justice but it's even better in person. Janio supported us throughout our stay. He deserves an award because we ran into several issues (unrelated to the casa) that he did not cause, but he got us out of them anyway. Every idea or desire we had, he knew how to find it. And Gloria. Seriously. It's the place, but it's also the people that make this a magical experience. Gloria cooks the most amazing traditional Cuban foods in her gorgeous kitchen just steps from the property, and you leave with a happy stomach & the warmth of genuine love. The world needs more Glorias & Janios. I will return as many times as I can, and cannot wait to return to mi familia Cubana. Gracias!

Superbe emplacement en plein cœur de la vieille Havane. Jorge et ses parents nous ont accueillis et permis de rentrer plus tôt dans la chambre. Ils ont aussi gardé nos valises à notre départ afin de voyager dans l’île plus léger. Je recommande hautement

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. It provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location couldn't be better—situated directly in front of El Malecón, it was perfect for leisurely strolls along the waterfront. There are countless great restaurants and attractions within walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring all the local culture and cuisine. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking rooftop terrace. The views from up there are simply stunning! It was the perfect spot to unwind with a drink while taking in the scenery. Despite being in a vibrant and busy area, the house felt like a peaceful oasis, allowing me to relax and recharge after a day of adventure. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone!!!

Les recomiendo ampliamente este departamento es espectacular estar ahí no se va la luz , el internet es bueno y podemos ver Netflix perfectamente cosa que es rara en cuba , mi anfitrión y la señora encargada más la señora de la limpieza son muy pero muy buenas personas no se arrepentirán de rentar este departamento se los aseguro Es como estar en casa pero con una vista espectacular del malecón de la Habana , muchas gracias a todos por hacer de estas vacaciones algo único

wunderschöne kleine Wohnung. Sehr sauber und mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Suset ist sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Für etwas Ruhe und eine Brise Meer, neben dem turbulenten Stadtleben, ist man hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ♡
